I had Deco come out for our heater. John and Jessee were so professional and honest, they got to work and knew what was wrong in 15 minutes😀 They charged me 1/2 of what other companies had quoted me and did not try to sell me a new furnace. Thank you Deco heating and Air! Highly recommend!👍✔💯

This family owned business does an excellent job. Besides reasonable estimates that blow away other companies, these people are conscientious, technically astute and genuinely oriented to excellent customer service. It is increasingly difficult to hire contractors that are real professionals and not pulling a scam. With Deco, you will have no worries.

Don't waste your time with this company. My wife and I waited four days just to set up an appointment. We had to call them several times and they never once called us back. They made me feel like they didn't need or want our business. That's no way to treat a potential customer. Ill Pay a bit more for an initial quote but receive quality service when I need it, not when its convenient for them.

Highly recommend these guys! Were on time, did great work, and charged less than the other companies I called out before them. Had all the parts on their truck and I didn't have to wait! They are AWESOME! My puppies are also very thankful! Deco ROCKS!!!

Air conditioner went out on Sunday and I called several companies to find out that they wanted over $100 just to show up at my door step. I continued my online search and found Deco. I called and they not only offered me a same day appointment, but only were going to charge me $34 to come out.I have to give this company a lot of props because while they were working the flood gates opened and the rain started. We had a flashflood warning in the area, but did not think it would happen while the technicians were working on my A/Ct. In the hot muddy rain the techs worked away with their umbrella and got us going! Thank you for your dedication and customer service. Also, thank you for your honesty and working through it all to get the job done. Not to many companies like this around anymore. They also gave me a senior discount because my elder mother in law lives with us.

Love their honesty...you don't see this everyday. This is the second time I have used Deco Heating and Air. It is 107 out today and our air went out yesterday. I called them at 10 at night and they were willing to come out then or through 2am. We elected for them to come out today and it was a fuse that popped. They didn't charge me a thing. Will definitely continue to use them.

Had my ac go out during this heat wave and they responded quickly. They came out when they said they would and repaired my ac within the hour. Great customer service great communication and we're very promt. Thank you deco air

We were without air conditioning and have several animals who were in danger of overheating in 90degree plus temperatures. DECO came out fixed our air conditioner and we're incredibly reasonably priced, all on a Friday evening, after hours with intermittent power outages. They went above and beyond. All other companies we contacted didn't have an availability for a week. They were awesome!! Highly recommend!!!

Very happy with their service! They came out early this morning before I had to leave to work to check out my air conditioner because my mother lives with us and the heat is to much plus my two little dogs. We have two units outside and the upstairs was not making any cold air. The technician repaired the air conditioner fast and reasonably priced. My neighbor recommended this company to me and I am very happy. Thank you!

They did a great job! Called Jessie and John on a Sunday morning before my daughters third b-day and they were at my house by noon. I had been told by other companies I needed to have my a/c replaced and that was never once suggested by Deco. They tuned-up my system, replaced parts, and added an air freshener to make my house smell wonderful. My house was cold just in time for guests to arrive.

DECO is absolutely professional, honest and effective. Our A/C was fixed quickly and it is working very well.

Rather than pushing us to buy a new A/C for thousands of dollars the way the previous companies tried, DECO checked the system, found the problem, fixed it and recharged the A/C. They will be recommended by us to all of our neighbors and friends.

Deco Air came out on a weekend and were able to provide same day service. We for sure thought that the service call fee would be raised and extra charges but they said it would only be $34 and they could be there in an hour! We greatly appreciate Deco coming out and
helping us out when we really needed them. We will never forget the amazing professional service we received. Definitely give this mom and pop shop a call!!!!!

Honest company! I have had quit a few idiots out to my home to check my air conditioner because it was freezing up outside. Each guy that came out to my house said my air conditioner was ruined and that there was an unrepairable leak and that I would have to change EVERYTHING! And I do mean EVERYTHING from $6,000 all the way up to $10,000 but thank goodness I could have a payment plan!? Are you kidding me!? I am not made of money. So I thought I would try Deco because of their reviews and I am so thankful I did! Not only did they fix my "unrepairable leak" by changing a core that was leaking in one of the valves, (sorry can't remember the official part name), but they vacuumed, pressure tested, and refilled the liquid in the unit. They also serviced my furnace and a.c. The technician also informed me that they are using real liquid to recharge because a lot of other shmucks out there are using a replacement and that if not done properly can ruin my unit because the oils don't work together. Thankful for them taking the time to fix my a.c. and thankful for them being honest and really looking out for the customer. They are definitely the Fix It experts. Will never use another a.c. company again!

The service provided was fast. They were on the job 20 minutes prior to the original time quoted. This was a good thing. I was surprised by a two person team, but figured that was ok, the actual time spent will be a bit less. I was right. They were in my attic for a total of 37 minutes, replacing the blower motor. Then charged me a "flat" rate of 645.00. Even if I give them that they had all brand new parts in their truck, that was at most 200.00. So what it comes down to is I was charged over 400.00 an hour for labor. I understand business, I understand that profit has to be made, but this kind of profit is out of line. Even if you generally charge a flat right, when a job goes this smooth, some adjustments should be made. This is not the way to retain clients, for I can say I would never call on these people again, regardless of how well the job was done. I am really disappointed in the attitudes of the tech that was here, and the company itself.

Honest, professional, and reasonably priced. serviced my heater and refilled my air conditioner. I had work done to my patio and one of my pipes had a whole and the liquid leaked out. Deco came out, and replaced the hole and refilled my air conditioner. I am lucky they came out because they used the original liquid and not a replacement! Thank you for taking the time to do quality work and be honest with their clients. Will recommend to my congregation!!!

Very impressive team! In the middle of the heatwave they made time for us. Reviewed all options and we were so happy they could fix it. They located the very old parts needed for our old unit. They had to go get it and come back later. We were surprised it would be the same day service. They were early and they were thorough. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Deco Air!

These guys are honest. Had another company quote me $8,500 because they had to replace my unit, furnace and ducting. Deco came out and fixed my current unit for under $300. It's been over a year now with no issues. When I do decide to switch out everything, this is the company I will go with.

I have an older unit on the roof and we had family over the weekend and we were burning up. It was a special event and we had older family members who due to health reasons need to be in a temperature controlled environment. We were very desperate because we needed it fixed right away. Deco Air was the first company that we called and they were able to be at our house in an hour. The technicians were very polite and professional. They went straight to the roof and began diagnosing the system. Turns out the conpressor was not on because a small part had blown up. They had the part and swapped it out in 20 minutes. The technicians were fast, efficient, and were able to do the best job that fit our needs. They tailored their service especially to us and got the party back on track. Recommend Deco to all my family and thankful we found them on Google.

My relaxing Saturday evening in the pool was abruptly interrupted with a horrible sound coming from my AC. I immediately jumped out and ran to turn it off… I really wasn’t looking forward to calling an AC person and being told that I need a whole new unit. I did a google search and came across Deco Heating & Air Conditioning. I gave them a call on Sunday and scheduled a visit for Monday. They arrived early and were very professional. My AC was back up and running better than ever in less than an hour. I really love the fact that they didn’t try to sell me something unnecessary. I would definitely recommend them! Thanks Deco…..

John and Jesse came on Sunday within 10 minutes and replaced all our AC parts with 1 year warranty in about an hour and all for an affordable price. We called 2 other companies and for one of the services was $88 for regular service visit and $188 for emergency weekend visit. Deco’s service fee was only $34. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Deco air saved us yesterday from 106 degree weather when our AC unit went out. They showed us how to properly care for the system and replaced the parts that had gone out. They came within 30 min of my call and had us up and running in no time. They were professional, knowledgeable and it was a very positive experience to work with them. Thanks guys!
