They have a professional attitude, they responded quickly and located the problem then and there. My AC recently failed and I was shopping around to find out which company would give me the best price on a new system. The company I ended up going with was above and beyond on price, and I soon found out they were dedicated to customer service as well. Once I made the decision they were out the very next day with all the equipment they would need to get the job done. Everything was completed the same day, and it all went according to plan. What more could you ask for?

I called this company for a heating and cooling problem which I, at long last, could no longer deal with. After the AC in my 30-something year old went on and off randomly all summer, I decided to take a look at the heating system (which was in a similar state of disrepair). Low and behold, when I adjusted the thermostat to start cranking out heat, nothing was happening. In a panic (since winter was on its way), I called their office to see what they could do. After describing my problem to the receptionist, she dispatched two, fine young men to take a look at the system (one was an apprentice of the other, I believe). The problem, it turned-out, was that the thermostat dial was no longer connecting to the heater (so that, no matter how high I turned it, nothing turned on). What would have obviously taken me days and an electrical degree to finish took the a mere half hour (they installed a new, generic thermostat with all the requisite hookups and so forth). The best part was, the labor wasn’t much more than the part itself. I love how professional and especially affordable they were.

What a time for my AC to quit working - August in Arizona!??! Really?!!? Went to a friends house and called the air conditioning repair company - they were able to get someone out that same day to check out my system. Apparently my AC compressor was out, but the repair person was able to get started working on it right away, and I didn't need a whole new system after all- just some minor adjustments! What a relief! And I'm back to cool conditions again. Thank you!
