Their truck just almost ran into me as I tried to pull aside for an ambulance, in the rain. He was driving like a maniac. Edit a month later...owner just responded to me stating how we discussed on phone, how as he explained on phone the driver was heavily reprimanded. Funny, cause I could not get thru by phone and so NEVER SPOKE TO ANYONE BY PHONE. Which is why I posted here.

Owner has poor character and if something is ever a choice between quality and cost... the former is the one getting cut to benefit the latter. Its shameful, that he also doesn’t pay his employees enough ie. Minimum wage. You get what you pay for.

Great service, keep their word as to when they will show up. Mr Braum completed the job that another Plumbing company failed to do right. Thank you.

Good employees but not enough of them, 8 days with no hot water, water heater will not be hooked up unless I buy a new one from them pretty much being forced to pay to get my hot water back on. Home energy insurance is the worst experience ever if u don’t buy from them u get no coverage. They didn’t care of elders living here that need hot water and didn’t pick up the trash they made. Bottom line if I don’t buy a new water heater which I don’t need they won’t connect the one I had. 👎🏼 Lancelot’s plumbing is the company they sent out.

I had a small sink that was clogged up. It was so nice to be able to get an appointment on the same day as I called! Chris and Casey did the repair in short order and were incredibly neat/clean. There was no mess left behind. But, they went above and beyond...Chris noted that the flag over my house was very worn/torn and offered to take it down and dispose of it properly! I very much appreciated that. I'll use this company again should I have need in the future.

This is one of the best company's that I've dealt with in a very long time...Professional from beginng to end with reasonable prices! Luis was punctual, prompt, & very polite. We even received a text to confirm appointment time & a courtesy text when he was in route for my appointment. I will definitely use them again & refer to others!

Excellent service and Phenomenal service. Our tankless water heater stopped working, so Bob our plumber from Riverside Water Heater Repair & Plumbing came out to fix it. I got a few estimates from some other local plumbers that were similarly priced, although one company didn't want to come out so had me send pictures for the quote, but what made me choose Riverside Water Heater Repair and Plumbing was their customer service and Bob. He came to our home, examined our old water heater and provided options and prices for both a traditional tank and tankless systems. He was patient and answered all my questions. I made an appointment for the next day for the install and Bob arrived on time. The new install took a couple of hours and he did the best job! Bob did a great with the install! He installed a larger water tank, changed out the flex hose, and put in a new water shut off valve. He also explained how the new heater worked, what the different lights mean and thoroughly explained what worked he performed. Bob made sure everything was in working properly before leaving our house. He also was meticulous in cleaning up. I think he left the area cleaner than how it originally was. Bob is an asset to this company! I am very happy I went with this local Riverside plumbing company and couldn't be more pleased with their service. Bob is honest and great to work with! Many thanks to everyone that helped!

No te recomiendo no es recomendable para que te des cuenta solamente revisa las malas opiniones son más malas que buenas pero es decisión tuya …Cuidado …..de que no te vallan a robar o estafar a ti tu dinero hicieron Mal trabajo y se llevaron mi dinero no recomiendo esta compañía al menos que sea una persona que no sepa nada de este trabajo no puedes discutir absolutamente nada con el encargado o dueńo El tal Johnny de esta disque compañía en mi caso solamente vinieron a sacar un poco de agua no menos de 100 galones y me cobraron 400 dlls y no solucionaron mi problema no te recomiendo absolutamente que utilices sus servicios no es recomendable si no quieres pasar un momento desagradable y pagar a otra compañía para que salgas de el problema tuve que hacer hoy

So first off let me thank Johnnie and his team for his prompt service and professionalism. They helped me close a deal on my land/lot by performing a last minute percolation test for the land i put up on the market for sale. The lender of the buyer required a perc test before closing and West Coast Sanitation was able to perform the testing in a speedy manner. I deeply appreciate their patience on explaining to me what the steps were and cost associated with this. I’m new to this so Johnnie took his time on explaining to me everything. So thank you brotha and may god continue to bless u and your team. Today i recieved the findings on the testing and i quickly sent it over to the lender. So they are also pleased I’m assuming considering escrow was supposed to close yesterday! So one day behind isn’t as bad as weeks or months! So thank you guys and god bless!

JHONNY, the owner very rude unprofessional, Bad service, never trust this guy for septic certification, I gave 1 star, because there’s no zero option here, stay away from this rude unprofessional person

Warning!!! do not use this company. They will verbally give you a quote when you get the invoice it is inflated. I paid $300 more that we agreed on.

Answered all of my questions (there were a lot), great price, flexible scheduling. I needed someone out here today and he was here pretty quickly. After it was done he briefed me on maintenance. Dude was a real legend. :)
