We own a duplex in the Silverlake area that had a serious sewage blockage that was overflowing into the street. When I called HSQ I spoke to Ray. He responded to the unit within 2 hours and immediately set out to diagnose the problem. Within 2 days they had the blockage cleared and the break in the line fixed. Without question this was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. Ray was professional, knowledgeable and gave us a very fair price for the work that was involved. The quick response by HSQ saved us from having to relocate all of the tenants at an additional expense. I would recommend this company without hesitation for all of your plumbing needs. They are truly a five star plus company.

Marvin and Jared provided an excellent installation of my entire house water filter system. Marvin expertly designed the setup to minimize the space used, added bypass valves and a hose fitting to make filter changes easier, and included a remote meter so I can monitor the gallons filtered and know when to replace the 600,000-gallon filter. They completed everything in just 3 hours, and the installation looks very tidy. The team did a fantastic job coordinating the estimate and keeping me updated on shipping times for parts. Their pricing was reasonable, and they even offered an online coupon that saved me $50. It was a wonderful experience. After moving to Riverside, I noticed the water quality was poor, raising concerns about contaminants. They even crawled under my house and found the sewer clean out that the other company didn’t bother to look for. I was so happy with their work that I gave them a $100 tip—they definitely earned it. I expected the job to cost at least $500, but they fixed everything for a really fair price. Raymond and Jared are honest, hardworking, and very professional. It’s great to know there are skilled and trustworthy plumbers like them in our area. If you need plumbing help, this is the only company I’ll call from now on!

Wow! This plumbing service is outstanding. We called because our grinder pump kept going off, and we were worried our basement in Riverside might flood. Conner arrived within an hour and got straight to work. He quickly found the issue and had our pump working again in no time. After that, Conner even asked if there was anything else he could help with while he was at our house—which was a nice surprise since most plumbers just leave after fixing the main problem.
