Can’t say enough good things about this business. As a woman, it’s not always easy finding service companies you can trust, and unfortunately a lot of places try to upsell. The owner was the complete opposite. He was honest, respectful, and transparent about what actually needed to be done. They did a lot of work for us and never once tried to push unnecessary repairs. Just an FYI for those looking to use coupons for drain cleaning, it excludes inside work. Unfortunately the coupons mailed to us for drain cleaning wasn’t able to be used on our shower drain.

Besides that issue, the service and help from technicians were great!

I was impressed how quickly the technician came out. He clearly explained what the situation was, offered different solutions & promptly cleared as much of the clean out as he could. I was very impressed with his knowledge & politeness!

We had a very bad leak in our garbage disposal, which required it to be replaced. Before Frank started the job, he gave me the total price, and I gave him the green light to proceed. We are very happy with our new disposal, most important, their service was great! We will not hesitate to use Mr Rooter again!

Adam and partner replaced a toilet in my house. They were very efficient and did a great job. They did extras without being asked like cleaning the floor after removing the toilet and setting my bidet up. Prices were reasonable and service was great- they even pulled my outdoor trash cans back up to the house for me. I’ll be back for any other plumbing needs!

The response time and service was top notch. EVEN ON A LABOR DAY HOLIDAY WEEKEND!! Eli came out, assessed the situation, and gave me his professional advice and suggestions. We went on with the job. In a very efficient and timely manner it was completed. Came out again the next day to follow up with camera, and found other potential issues. Service like this here is what it’s about. The work was fast. Hopefully it solved the problem. I'm glad I did it.

They showed up right away when I called them in the evening after my regular plumber didn’t answer right away. It was a backed up sewer problem. They couldn’t get through that evening but came next morning. I was impressed. The quote was $6500 to dig up my lawn and sidewalk to replace part of the underground pipe.
I called my regular plumber back and he was able to clear the drain for $200.
They were going to do work that wasn’t necessary and charge me big for it. BEWARE!
