Recently, we needed to replace our hot water heater with a tankless system and Righty Tighty Plumbing did a fantastic job taking care of our needs. They provided us with amazing service and a great product. I would recommend using them for your next plumbing service.

First time using Righty Tighty Plumbing and I was extremely happy with the service. With a broken valve in the shower we had to shut the water to the house off to prevent a serious amount of wasted water. Our technician offered 4 solutions per my request. We picked the one that was right for us and he was able to finish the work on the same day. Thank you very much

Highly recommend Righty Tighty Plumbing! My daughter suggested them after having a great experience with her rental property, and I can see why. We had a serious drainage blockage causing water to back up in the shower, and Tony, our technician, was exceptional. Communication was clear, he arrived right on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. Even better, he called the company to reduce our bill because he solved it so fast—who does that? Tony was personable, honest, and thorough, testing all fixtures to ensure everything was clear before he left. Their integrity and professionalism are unmatched. I’ll definitely be using Righty Tighty Plumbing again!

Jose & Marcus came to our house the day after I called them with an emergency request for our toilet & pipes to be snaked, and possibly cleared out due to roots growing in the pipes. The lady I spoke to on the phone could not have been any kinder and more helpful if she tried! She made sure my fiancé & I were safe and was SO accommodating regarding our timeframes for the next day. We were told all costs prior to the appointment and there was nothing kept from us. She was so kind & a total pleasure to talk to!

When Jose & Marcus came, they were so thorough and beyond polite. We live in the middle of nowhere so it's always feels a risk having anybody we don't know coming to the house - we couldn't have felt more comfortable with them. They carried out the necessary services and talked us through every step, gave us advice on what we should do and most importantly - they fixed the issue within an hour!

We had a tight schedule to get our issue fixed - I called at about 6:30pm on the Monday, and we had to leave our house by 11am the next day. Righty Tighty Plumbing give you a time window, morning or afternoon, meaning they could come anytime from 8am-12pm if morning. I booked the appointment with the lovely lady on the phone who helped massively by provisionally scheduling a morning appointment, but made notes that we would need to be out by 11am and promised they'd be in touch the next morning. Within 15 minutes of getting off the phone to her, I got a call from a technician ensuring that he would have his team with us no later than 9:30am the next day an promising they'd be here! This isn't something they normally do/try to avoid in order to get to as many customers as possible - however you can tell they are such good people from the effort they made. They arrived at 9:30 the next day, calling me 30 mins before arrival to update me on their time, and they were amazing.

Long-ss review but the point is - thank you, and if you're in the Riverside area, these guys are genuinely the best you could ask for. We will 100% be using them again in the future as we continue to renovate!

Lastly.. their prices are super reasonable for the top standard of service they provide & as a woman, I would feel safe here by myself with both Jose & Marcus if I was in an emergency. My fiancé would also be comfortable with this, which is a rare thing.

This company had set up my garage laundry set up about 11 years ago. When the water from the washer started pouring out of the pipe in my roof, I quickly looked up Righty Tighty's number and booked an appointment. Aaron called me back right away, since he had done the original set up. (It's a vacuum system with the pipe running through the attic space and down into the kitchen's main line) I explained the situation and he knew exactly what was happening. Marty came out and showed me the sludge in my pipes via a camera. He cleared it out and recommended that he come back to clear all the pipes out to the main line. I agreed to take care of it so that I don't need to worry about it for a few years. He made the appointment, came back out a few days later and took care of it. Now my washer is running smoothly and no more gross, black sludge gurgling up my kitchen sink. Marty was so respectful of my space, very clear with his communication, and cleaned up after he completed the work successfully. I only use Righty Tighty for my plumbing needs. They are fair and do great work so they have my loyalty.
