These guys do not stand behind their work. My main line keeps plugging up about every 6 to 8 months. I have a manual tape that I run up 20+ feet and always find a clog. This most recent time, I have had the house just two years, I decided I better get a pro to come clean the thing out as there must be a reason the same spot clogs up. Called up ER Block and described the ongoing problem. They sent a guy out that as soon as he opened the access starts going on about how he does not like these T that is installed in the main line (house built in 68). He also says he sees paper and that is the problem. He gets a smaller auger machine and sticks it down the access and the clog immediately clears. I repeated that I always find a large clog 20+ feet in. He complains more about the T and says "I know you think the problem is up higher but the T is the problem" He then ran his auger a few feet in and right back out and again repeats the clog was at the T. I gave him the $130 and he left. A few nights later the entire house was backed up again. At midnight I am back out there with my manual tape. Who would have guessed that I find a massive clog about 20+ feet in?????? This time when I pulled the tape out a huge clog of paper actually pulls up the access pipe. Next day I call ER Block to let them know the guy had not cleared the main line yet took the money. I did not receive so much as an "I'm sorry you are having problems". All the guy said was " I will look into it". Twice. I have not heard a word and it has been two weeks now. Do not use these people. They really do not care if they do good work!

I am so disappointed at our recent experience with ER Brock. We have used them multiple times over the years we have been here, but each time the service has been declining, and for our most recent need, they never showed up at all or contacted us to let us know. We waited for 4.5 hours, called back to the main office twice, and still never received any communication from the plumber who was assigned- even though we were told at each call we made that he would be “contacting us soon”. When I called back this morning, there had been no effort to reach us or reschedule. I asked the person who answered the phone if I should call someone else if they were too busy and she said, “I can’t really say, you will have to wait until the plumber calls you”. Are their plumbers no longer employees? Did they go to independent contractors? I just don’t understand. We do our best to *always* choose local, privately owned businesses, but sadly ER Brock is just no longer dependable.

AMAZING! emergency service needed, ER Block Plumbing sent Someone out right away… Edgar showed up and was very friendly, knowledgeable and found leak right away.
Edgar showed me damage and explained and what repair was needed.
The water damage was so bad in my hallway and restrooms that I needed a restoration company, Edgar called into his office and ER Block Plumbing contacted and set up a same day quote from a restoration company! I didn’t have to research.

I can’t say how impressed I am with ER Block Plumbing and the outstanding service of Edgar.
This company cares and goes above and beyond for their customers.

A+ Company, called them out for a possible Slab Leak in my home. They found the problem with in minutes and repaired it right away!! It also didn’t cost me anything out of pocket because they billed my homeowners insurance direct for the work.

Jacob was super responsive, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He worked quickly to install a shut off to my main line that saved me from loosing my home insurance! He’d done great work at my dad’s home and now at mine. We both are so fortunate to have worked with Jacob. Plumbing issues are stressful and scary, I have so much peace of mind knowing I can call Rock Plumbing moving forward.

We have never used Rocks Plumbing and will not recommend them to anyone in the future. You see, Rocks Plumbing as a business conducts their operations as our direct next door neighbor. Keep in mind my family has lived here for 30 years and they are a fairly recent addition to the neighborhood.

Yesterday our cow pushed a play tire against our shared fence line and mildly bent the chain link fence base inward. Instead of politely asking us to resolve the problem, Jacob Rock was so RUDE to my mother. Essentially verbally assaulting her in a belittling, condescending and humiliating manner. This is incredibly unprofessional and concerning behavior for an individual doing business out of his residence. This has now created a distasteful relationship as neighbors.

I’ve known the rock family since high school and I hope his parents are reading this and can teach their son some manners, common courtesy and most importantly humility. I know that NO ONE would appreciate their mother being talked to in the same demeanor in which Jacob Rock did to mine. Completely unacceptable for a business man who is operating his business in such a close family oriented neighborhood.
