My brother and I have used Professional Plumbing IE for years now, in our various respective homes, and pretty much know that we can count on Chris to be the consummate professional. He and his son Spencer are always on time, thorough, and super knowledgeable without trying to up-sell us on things/services that aren't needed.

I asked for quote to install a water filtration in my house after two weeks I gotta quote for $1900 dollars .I was same job was done less than $700 I was surprised I can tell everyone get few quotes few you stuck on one plumber it was amazing experience. There are some crooked plumbers stay away from them.

Chris is by far the best plumber I've ever had! 100% reliable and honest, and he goes above and beyond to tackle every problem he faces. I highly recommend giving this company a call next time you have an issue.

Have used Pro Plumbing several times over the past years - from drain unclogging to fixing a water geyser on the main line. They have always been prompt ( or early), extremely professional with repairs and understanding. Have recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so.

We’ve had occasion to use this company on multiple occasions over the years, for things ranging from clearing a routine drain line root clog, to diagnosing and repairing an underground broken line, to remedying a “clean-out” issue created by the original builder of our home.

Most recently, replacing a worn seal on the base of a toilet, with discovery of a massive root also in the drain line as a result - now remedied!

As a bonus, Chris and Spencer researched an unusual sink in our home and pointed us in a direction to find a part for it!

This company also has resources and equipment exceeding that of most other plumbing companies. For example, our main cleanout access is roughly 125’ from our septic tank, and we’ve found over the years that most pluming companies only have 100’ snakes!

Professional Plumbing IE saved the day! I originally planned to have my toilet replaced and tankless water heater finished, however the night before my appointment, all of my fixtures lost pressure and I couldn’t figure out what the issue was. Chris determined my water softener malfunctioned causing small plastic beads to flow through my system and clog my fixtures. He installed a bypass on my water softener and cleared out all my fixtures restoring water pressure. He then installed my new toilet and flushed my tankless water heater. All the work was done quickly and spaces were left spotless. It’s been a week and everything is functioning smoothly. I’m going to have Professional Plumbing IE come back to install a new water softener.

Great company ! They arrived within 30 mins of the service call. Eddie the tech was finished with repairs within 20 mins of arrival. Great customer service I had warm water within an hour of repairs being complete. Great company highly recommend.
