Having HRP Plumbing and Heating in my home for a plumbing repair was an ideal experience.
They were professional, Honest, Courteous,
Efficient and most of All >>>> Very Clean.
I left them to do their work without any interference.
When I returned home they were gone, their Job was completed, everything was clean, there was nothing left behind and their performance and cleanliness exceeded my expectations!!
When my wife saw they completed their work she was totally overjoyed.

Very responsive. Was able to schedule appointment right away. Technician was polite and was very detailed. He made sure he tested that leak was fix and that the installation area he worked on was clean. And lastly, fix was done in a timely manner. Guy came out today we did not have a leak it was just clogged pipe. Home insurance sent him. Seemed like a nice enough guy. Looks like he flooded the area and didn’t even bother saying anything. My son came in after and noticed it all flooded. We are elderly and did not know.

Hot water heater went out Mid shower. Found my nearest plumbing company and was very impressed with next day availability. H.R.P plumbing technician super friendly, thank you once again

BEST plumbing technician I've ever met, Michael Diaz! WOW is he impressive, fast, excellent work, clean/tidy, professional, courteous, really good communication... I could go on! Roto Rooter is so lucky to have him on their team!

I met Mike last night, Sunday night, when I was experiencing a clogged toilet, and slow draining tub/shower.

When he arrived, I decided to ask him about three other plumbing issues/jobs that needed attention.

He looked everything over, gave some quotes, and got right to work. This guy HUSTLES. He has good energy,he's quick, polite, thorough in his communication, and doesn't sit down or take any breaks.

He unclogged all the drains for me Sunday night, and returned to my home first thing Monday morning to get back to work on the other issues. His pricing was fair. He didn't try to upsell more than what was needed, and didnt overcharge, especially being a Sunday night.

He arrived within the hour, and was prompt the next day. His work looks excellent. I couldn't be happier :)))

Do yourself a favor and ask for Michael Diaz. You'll be very happy you did.

I'll be recommending him to my friends, family and neighbors in Diamond Bar.

Super responsive and excellent service :) Everyone at Roto Rooter was very helpful and informative and very prompt with their arrival. The job was done nice and quick and they even came early! Very happy with my experience and will definitely utilize their services again should the need arrive :)

I had a clogged toilet at home and called a Roto-Rooter company. They were able to schedule a visit the same day, which was very convenient. The technician was incredibly friendly and worked quickly to resolve the issue. They also sent a team for a free water damage check, which was a great bonus. Overall, I had a great experience!

This Roto router, is the best people that come on time they give you six month warranty and they come and take a look on my camera. They are not lying and Michael came today after one service first another Michael came next day again got blocked then they came with the camera so this guy gentleman, the taller we have a grease block Still we have warranty for six months and they are one of the best plumbing service ever I got keep it up. Good job, Mr. Michael.

Michael was heaven sent!!! From the introduction to the end of service!!! We had a clogged area drain and he was able to unclog it in no time!!! He also replaced our kitchen sink faucet in 20 minutes tops!!! So genuine, kind and truly amazing God fearing man!!! I wish there were more Michaels in the world!!! I know exactly who to call if ever in need of plumbing services!!! God bless you Michael in all your future endeavors!!!
