If i could give 0 stars, I would. After a few days, the toilet tank still leaking. Called the company and each time different answers on when and who can fix it and with no information on what parts they need to order or replace. I spent close to 600 dollars to fix a leaking toilet tank, and it is still leaking and with no real solution. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Angelo arrived very quickly and unclogged the kitchen drain very efficiently at a reasonable price. I will use Roto Rooter again for any plumbing issues in the future.

Keith was top notch and very professional. Once he was done with the dirty job, he fully cleaned up. Would highly recommend him.

Evening before Thanksgiving day, Roto Rooter technician Angelo arrived within 30 minutes of our call and resolved our water drain issue quickly and professionally - he was a pleasure to work with - very well done!

We had a plugged drain in the bathroom. Jesse was able to fix the problem in a very short time. He was nice and got things working in less than an hour. I would recommend him to my friends.

Our experience with Roto-Rooter was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We called for what appeared to be a main line blockage. The technician attempted to clear it through the wrong pipe—twice—including going through our bathtub. This caused sewage to spill all over our newly painted walls and newly installed flooring. My husband and I had to spend hours scrubbing and cleaning the mess ourselves.

The issue wasn’t even fixed. When we called again the next day, the technician told us that if the problem persisted, he would not be able to help us further unless we paid $700 for camera footage of our pipes. At that point, we had no choice but to seek help elsewhere.

Thankfully, we called SoCal Plumbing, who came out the same day and fixed the problem within minutes by accessing the pipe in our front yard—something Roto-Rooter should have done from the beginning.

Since then, trying to get a refund has been incredibly stressful. Working with management has been slow and frustrating, and we have not received the “five-star customer service” they advertise. We’re repeatedly told they’re working on a refund or reimbursement, only to be pushed to the back burner.

Overall, I would not recommend Roto-Rooter. If they don’t fix the problem the first time, getting meaningful help—even from management—is very difficult.

We had a higher expectation from this company based on their reviews. We have been overcharged just for keeping a few machines to dry moisture from walls for a couple of days without them performing any inspections. They just came plugged in and turned on the machines and left. Did not come over to inspect. We had to canceled them but still got a big bill. We still have the issue going on. Their machines didn’t help much.

Alex was spectacular rep & repairman. He was very olive, efficient & a top notch rep for Root-Rooter. The service was on a Sunday & amount of inconvenience was VERY limited. I would like to commend Alex for his service & helpfulness & honesty.

Angelo did an awesome job. He has a great personality. I will definitely use him again. In general I think plumbing is over priced like everything else that has gone up.

Came out within the hour on a Saturday night. Turns out there were roots growing into the pipes. We’re obviously going to have to do some major repairs, but he got our toilet up and running for now! Great service!

Gerry provided excellent service! He came over after we had a clogged toilet that was backing up into our shower. He fixed the problem while providing great and effective service. We are happy with the results. Highly recommend, thank you Gerry!

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by your technician, Perry, during a recent emergency at my home.
During the recent rainy season, we experienced a severe issue with a busted water regulator at approximately 5am. This caused a significant water leak that rapidly flooded the main entrance or our house. We immediately contacted Roto-Rooter and I was very impressed that a technician, Perry was dispatched and arrived by 11am the same morning.
Perry was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the cause of the damage and presented clear options for resolution. With his 13 years of experience at Roto Rooter he was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and professionalism. As he proceeded with the repair he maintained a remarkably clean work area, and the before and after pictures clearly show the quality of his work. Furthermore, Perry took the time to meticulously ensure that every faucet, toilets, and shower in the house had the correct water pressure before he left.

I will absolutely recommend Perry to others for any future plumbing needs. Thank you agian for your prompt service and the outstanding professionalism of your team.

Angelo was our plumber yesterday and he was the best plumber I ever had, honestly! The way he worked and knew exactly how to fix our sinks and also explaining everything to us so thoroughly with such a calm, sweet and genuine personality made our experience the best it could possibly be. I had a little bit of sticker shock with the price, but the job was done with minimum inconvenience and good communication

I have used One Stop before so I know they will be on time and do a great job. They did. Next time I need a plumber I will call them again.
