Ryan came with 30 mins notice by phone. Was professional and got my kitchen faucet replaced....then it malfunctioned. Faucet was bad. So he tells me which brand to buy if possible and we would reschedule the following day (today). Got new faucet and took him about 30 mins to replace. Everything working perfectly...as always. Great company and highly recommended.

Great company with great customer service and high quality work. I had a slab leak in my house and was worried that it would cost me an arm and a leg but Conrad gave me some super affordable options and explained everything to me and took the time to educate me on the things he was doing to fix my problem. Was also very respectful when entering my home and would always wear booties to cover his shoes when coming in. If you are in the corona area and need an honest person who does high quality work call them and ask for Conrad.

Really appreciate One Stop Plumbing for getting my hot water heater replaced. Spent 3 days without hot water and when they were scheduled to install, we had our street being repaved. They were kind enough to park away from the house and haul the new and old water heaters. Really went the extra mile. I highly recommend them.

Just had a water heater installed after my old one started leaking. The whole experience could not have been easier thanks to the staff. Teara, Nichole and Kimberly all communicated quickly and pleasantly. Above all, Ryan completed the install smoothly and answered all my questions before leaving. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied and grateful for turning a negative experience into a positive one. I ended up gaining a plumbing company I can rely on, in addition to a new water heater.

Ryan installed all of the plumbing for our newly remodeled kitchen sink including garage disposal dishwasher & a new water regulator in front yard. We suspected a leak in one of our bathrooms due to some hissing. Called OneStop and they were able to get a plumber out pretty quickly in the evening to do leak detection. Anthony helped us out with this and was able to determine that it was a slab leak. He was very informative on the options to fix the leak. He wasn’t able to fix it right away as it required an additional person but they were able to schedule something the next morning. I forget the other plumbers name but they were both quick to work and respectul. I would use them again.

Unfortunately, my family and I had a rough start to our 2026 new year, due to some plumbing issues from our upstairs bathroom, which ended up causing a leak into our downstairs kitchen ceiling. The two technicians, Travis and Nolan, were absolutely amazing! I have nothing but praise for the both of them! They addressed, identified, and fixed the issue at hand. Now, I’ve used OneStop Plumbers before, this being our second time calling them for another job. If anybody’s reading this, including the management team from the company, I highly recommend OneStop Plumbers & both Nolan and Travis! You will NOT be disappointed!

We had an issue with our Rheem tankless water heater shortly after installation, and the Rheem support plumber was very professional and thorough. He took the time to fully inspect the system, explain what he was checking, and reset the unit properly so we could restore hot water right away.

We had a shower we could not turn off as the handle broke off. Went on line, was able to schedule an appointment for Monday. They confirmed and Ryan came out within the window. He fully explained what needed to be done, gave me a cost breakdown which I approved. He changed everything out, tested my water pressure and cleaned everything up. I am very happy with and highly recommend this company. This was an expensive fix but very necessary and I feel confident it was done correctly. Will definitely use again. Nancy Pepper
