Elite Plumbing came out and assessed our plumbing needs and found, through video inspection, a problem with our drain system. They had the proper tools and equipment to quickly diagnose the problem and give us an accurate estimate for the repair. They repaired the backed up sewer line and even placed a pipe sleeve along the main line, permanently solving the issue at hand. They were professional and work done was to the highest quality and given attention to detail upon completion. I recommend Elite Plumbing to any business or homeowner experiencing any type of plumbing issues.

I had a leak at my home. Elite Plumbing was a recommendation from a family friend. Everado came out on Monday evening and did his assessment and investigation. He discovered some issues with the valves and toilets in my bathroom. He scheduled repairs and replacements for Tuesday morning. Duane, Jose and Christian arrived at 8:30am and were done in three hours. They were professional to even putting on shoe covers so as to not track anything on our floors. Duane and his team were quick, thorough, and answered our questions. If I have any issues in the future, Elite Plumbing is my first call! Highly recommend! Great job!

Again, I just want to say what a great company Elite Plumbing & Drains is. I called to have a simple outside water valve fixed. They originally scheduled to come out on 2/18, but due to an emergency requiring their team, they called and rescheduled for a 2/19 visit. Duane was who they sent out. He called and arrived right at 8:00am. He did a quick assessment and replaced the valve within the hour. Again, great service!!!
If you need plumbing service, this is the company to use! Elite Plumbing has not disappointed. Fast and quick service. Great communication and professionalism. I still highly recommend!!!

Toilet was clogged. Technician snaked toilet with consumer type snake and that cleared the drain. Very nice technician. I called from online ad “FREE Estimate”, Estimste should come before any work is performed so that customer may exercise right to decline work be performed if estimate amount is not an acceptable or affordable rate. ,Also “After Hours rates should be disclosed before at the time appointment is set, but after performing work I think the technician just had a long day, and I’m grateful he waived the charges as we our family recently experienced employment losses. I was also grateful to get a decent repipe estimate. System won’t let me post unless I say I paid

I couldn’t be happier with the plumbing work done on my home! Dannon repiped the entire house quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The team was respectful, kept the area clean, and made sure everything was explained clearly throughout the process. What really got my attention was a call from Elite owner he told me what was going to get fix and all the process. I usually don't leave reviews, but I was compelled to provide one for Everardo and his team at Elite Plumbing & Drains. All I can say is Everardo is the "real deal" when it comes to plumbing, especially when you need a major plumbing job. We had a lateral clay sewer drain pipe that was collapsing near the connection of the main sewer line. The sewer pipe was in an area that was under the asphalt of the street. The first company that came out ran the camera down (overcharged us for this service) and told us we need to dig up the street to repair this sewer line. They wanted fees for city permits and a time line that would put our tenants without a toilet for weeks. We called Everardo for a second opinion, and he came out the same day to run his camera line down. He offered us a clear explanation of the situation and provided a solution using his Sewer Pipe Lining to save the existing line without digging up the street. It was clearly the best solution for us in terms of time and price. He got his guys out there the next day (in a heavy rain storm) and got us back online by the end of the day. Unbelievable hard work and dedication to his customers. He is also local to Riverside, so we were more than happy to provide him the business and keep it within the community. 5 stars all around!
