I got rusted pipe in my house close to Christmas my bathroom was flooded and my carpet in the bedroom was wet. In order to fix this unexpected situation I got a quote from 03 plumbing Companies. I decided Elite because when they came to my house they listened to me they explained in detail the options and the prices. Their prices are affordable. Elite did an amazing job on my re pipe. I originally called about a leak and after dealing with the big box company’s giving me the run around and nickel and diming me I called Elite. They came out accessed the problem and gave me several ways to resolve the issue. I went with the re pipe it was the best option to fix the issue all together. They were able to start the next day and finishing within two days. I am very pleased with the level of knowledge, skill and kindness they exuded. I will definitely refer them in the future.

We have been long-time customers of Elite Plumbing, having used them in the past for water heater replacements and smaller repairs like toilet installs. However, we recently faced a homeowner's worst nightmare: a major leak and significant flooding inside our home.

Despite this happening during the holidays, Elite Plumbing was available and sent someone to help us immediately. Dannon and the entire team were incredibly professional from start to finish. Dannon was especially helpful—he was very informative and walked us through the entire process of managing a major flood, which really put our minds at ease during a stressful time.

The team worked quickly and efficiently to fix the problem. Every staff member who entered our home was courteous and respectful of our space. They made a difficult situation feel seamless. We are so happy with the service provided.

I have used Elite Plumbing & Drains on two occasions so far and both times they have proven to be prompt, professional, and efficient. The first time was to replace a water main line outside and the second time was to repair a leak underneath the kitchen.
On both occasions they immediately responded to my call, scheduled an appointment timely, and completed each service promptly and with care. Everado, Jose, Guillermo and the rest of his team have been a pleasure to work with and I will not hesitate to use Elite Plumbing & Drains again in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

The team was super responsive and were able to fix the problem the day after coming out! We definitely recommend!

Fast! Literally at my door for a quote within a half hour. To be fair, they happened to be in the area. But to stop by on a Friday at 4p after just finishing a job, wow! Another half hour later the quote was emailed, fair, and easy to approve with their email quote approval system. Slab leak pipe was upgraded, reran, patched, textured(walls too), and cleaned by Tuesday, all within a single six hour visit. Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT! We had a problem with our kitchen sink faucet and Guillermo Loza from Elite Plumbing helped us out big time. He solved our problem quickly and best of all, it was under warranty with the company so No Problem!

The whole team was great! They originally quoted me and were thinking they had to cut into my vanity, but Guillermo found a way to fix the leak without having to cut into anything, plus changed my total since they didn't need to do any cutting! Great customer service!

Elite Plumbing and Drains responded and scheduled an appointment very quickly. Dannon ,Jose , Duane and Guillermo were polite, accommodating, on time, clean and very upfront . When our plumbing revealed more issues than I was anticipating, they gave us a great deal and were very accommodating of our need to get things approved by the landlord. I really appreciated that they were not intimidated by what I needed, recommended upgrades to old existing fixtures, and patched and cleaned up the walls that were affected.

My tankless water heater died and started leaking. Two great guys came and checked it out for me. Gave me a quote and answered all my questions. I needed a few weeks to get organized no pressure, no pushiness. They came today and installed my new water heater no mess and they are very nice and polite. And the quote they gave me was accurate. I really liked that part. I would recommend them highly.

Went with this company again after hiring them for previous work on my home. They matched a competitors quote and handled everything with professionalism and great communication. Best plumbers to work with in the area.

Had a stoppage in the sewer line. Called Elite on a Saturday, and the owner arrived a few hours later. Took care of the stoppage and pointed out the issue. Monday, Guillermo arrived on time and immediately went to work digging and replacing part of the sewer line. Very Polite young man that knew exactly what he was doing and communicated along the way keeping me informed. He also changed out a water meter valve. His motto was to leave the area cleaner than he found it. That's exactly what he did! I highly recommend Elite Plumbing.
