We experienced a major plumbing problem. The work, however, was superior. Beginning with Ashley at dispatch, and continuing with Connor, the project manager, Ricardo, the project technician, and Alex and Jacob, apprentices – they were all so professional kept us in the loop the whole time. It was an exceptional experience in dealing with a very difficult situation. I highly recommend One Stop Plumbing – – we have used them in the past and we would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have a few properties with home warranties but their plumbing services pale in comparison to One Stop Plumber. This company is the best plumbing company for me- prompt, knowledgeable, honest, best priced. Everybody is well mannered. All their plumbers look and smell good. Last plumber to come to our place was Ricardo and like all others that have come to our properties, he was fast but thorough, kind but professional. Of course the price was right. My appreciation also goes to Conrad who came over the house to explain the procedure, timing and financing of repiping. They are the best in what they do.

This company is impressive and stands out from the rest. Ritchie and Dwayne both came to my door and were professional. They were prompt and efficient, installed a new garbage disposal and even threw in some new piping at a very competitive fee. And with their experience and both of them it only took them less than 90 minutes. Also, the customer service on the phone was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a main waterline damaged by tree root. Jose, the service provider, clearly stated a resolution that was a logical correction. He identified his process and timeline. His service was efficient and continues to function well. I appreciated his accomplishment.

Dannon came out today and was very helpful and professional, answering my questions and providing information regarding our water pressure regulator valve issues we were having in our home. For this particular situation I was able to do the job myself. When I asked Dannon if I owed him anything for coming out he informed me that I did not and to give him a call if I ran into any trouble. I was able to get the new PRV in, thank you Dannon! If I have any more serious plumbing issues I am unable to do in the future I will definitely be calling Elite Plumbing and Drains LLC. Thanks again!

I am so impressed with Elite Plumbing. From the quick friendly response to the end result. Everyone I interacted with including the owner where nothing but professional and spent time explaining what needed to be done and why. The work was so efficient and well done. They will definitely stay on my go to list for any other projects I need done.

Today on Tuesday the 14th Guillermo and Duane came out to help me out with a leak I had on one of the drain pipes that lead from the toilet and the shower. Upon there arrival they introduced them selves and were very polite and friendly, after inspecting the area they found the problem moments later, there boss and Jose came out to check the problem as well and they were very knowledgeable about the issue I'm very satisfied with there knowledge and there work. really good people and good at what they do. They were able to fix the leak in a few minutes. Best company to hire and best team to do the work 👍

Elite Plumbing was quick to set an appointment for my leak, and prompt at the time of the appointment.
The employees that came out were very courteous and explained what they were doing in a way us non-plumbers could easily understand. They also did great job of cleaning up when they were done.
I would definitely recommend them!!

I called Elite Plumbing to clear my sewer line, fortunately we found our sewer was broken in multiple areas, they ended up replacing 60ft of my sewer line. They were not the cheapest but they sure do know their TRADE. Highly recommend Elite Plumbing & Drains.

Everardo and his team are AMAZING!! Their customer service is top notch. I had a dirty job that needed to be addressed urgently, and they were able to come same day and handle it. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

I often don't trust a business that has all 5-star reviews because it looks suspicious, "too good to be true" has served me often as a red flag in my life and I was concerned about Elite Plumbing & Drains LLC, but our sewer line was backing up into the house and I called our usual plumber and two other guys before I gave up and called Elite Plumbing & Drains LLC.

When I called Elite, they got me an appointment for service within 10 minutes of calling, for the very next day at 8AM (I called at 2PM on a Sunday).

We knew when we bought the house that the sewer line was compromised so I knew more or less what I was getting into and how much it was all going to cost (wouldn't have been cheap regardless of who we went to), but Elite gave us a fair price, and had the work completed in less than 48 hours to repair 80 feet of damaged/clogged sewer line, with two added clean-outs so that any future issues can hopefully be more easily addressed.

Dannon and his crew were among the best tradesmen I've ever received help from, and I say that as someone with a long family history in the trades. These guys are respectful, clean, considerate, punctual, and they communicate very well. It's rare to see this level of care and professionalism out there in the world, these guys just became my go-to plumbers for any future issues I run into.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Elite plumbing and Drains. Their team was awesome, punctual, professional, and highly skilled. The owner was amazing he came to site a couple of times to supervise the work and make sure everything was going smoothly. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my two leaks and repiped with minimal disruption. The pricing was very reasonable,fair, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.
