We had a great experience with Zplumberz. I believe the guys name was Gilbert. Gilbert advised us the sink was draining slowly due to the garbage disposal being gunked up and clogged. After replacement we had no issues with the sink draining and the disposal runs perfect 👌

Gilbert was so fast responding to an emergency leak we had. Came out found the leak under my slab with pin point accuracy and in no time repaired the pipe and got us back up and flowing leak free 🤗🤗. Call them to come out and check a leaky shower faucet and they were able to pinpoint the issue and repair some corroded parts and faulty diverter valves. Gilbert from Z Plumberz of Riverside was fantastic. He contacted me to let me know he would be arriving a little early. He came and assessed what would be needed. Then told me the cost which was cheaper than what I had been quoted by another plumber. Grabbed his stuff from the truck, came back and replaced 3 toilets. Then asked if there were any other issues I was having that he could look at".

Matthew was quick to get us on the books. Kevin was the technician that came. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and provided excellent service. The team's pricing was reasonable, quality of work was excellent, and they did not try to oversell me on anything I didn't need. I’m so thankful I found this business. Matt (owner) took my call right away and understood the urgency of our problem and although he had multiple jobs ahead of me, he still made a point to come out that day. Once he located the problem, he went over the plan, gave us our quote and gave us a time that they would be back. Matt P. showed up promptly the very next morning exactly when he said he’d be there and wasted no time getting to work. The job ended up being bigger than expected but Matt stood true to his word on price and they stayed all day until the job was completed. He didn’t BS me or upsell in every way he could either which is always nice. They’re professional but also speak to you like a friend and are totally down to earth. You’re in good hands with both Matt’s! Appreciative is an understatement, thank you guys for having integrity and being honest and efficient.

I called Plumbing MATTers Plumbing & Rooter Services yesterday morning regarding an issue with my old push/pull style shower knob. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. They were even willing to send a plumber out the same day, but that didn’t work for me.

Kevin called me the next morning and gave me his estimated time of arrival. He arrived promptly and when he said he would. He greeted me and put on plastic boot liners before entering my home. It wasn’t necessary, but I appreciate that he was respectful and considerate enough to do that. I showed him the shower knob and he took the time to watch me demonstrate the issue and listen to me before inspecting the issue himself. Once Kevin got to work on the issue, he kept me updated as he was working on it And let me know what the cost estimates would be based on the level of work projected.

Initially, Kevin fixed the issue and had me inspect his work. I informed him that the hot water did not seem to be as hot as it usually was. Kevin took everything apart and went right back to work. He worked on the issue again and had me inspected. I gave him the thumbs up and only then did he consider the job finished.

In my opinion, this company and its employees are prompt, respectful, courteous, honest, and hard-working. This is the second time I’ve done business with them and will not be the last time.

Matt was amazing. He was able to correct our toilet from rocking back and forth. He was also able to work on our outside water faucet that needed to be replaced. He was very professional and walked us through what he was doing step by step. Would definitely recommend him.
