Great professional detailed works on installing a brand new GE 50 Gallons NG Short Tank. Ryan came up with creative solutions to avoid all installation challenges since the new tank is a different size and piping configurations.
Works were done within couple hours and we went to through the check list to ensure all proper functioning details were checked off.
Highly recommended.

I hired RD Plumbing after receiving 4 quotes. The deciding factors to move forward was the thorough walkthrough, the hardware recommendations, and prices. I appreciated that the company wasn't there to upsell me, but instead told me what I DIDN'T need such as a new gas line.

On the day of installation, the team came early and walked me through the setup again. I was informed that it would take a little longer than normal because apprentices would be on-site to get hands-on experience with the installation. I had no problems with this request.

What was really interesting about this was seeing the patience of Ryan as he allowed the team to install, make mistakes, and redo the work so it was done to his expectations. I really appreciate the fact that the team was given the latitude to make mistakes and Ryan would jump in to show them why a mistake occurred, provided guidance, then allowed the team to correct it. They were never belittled or looked down upon, but treated as equals. It was a very refreshing experience.

I had a tankless unit installed. While the team could've taken the lazy way out and installed an EZ system that would've simplified the installation as it would effectively be retrofit, they instead took the harder approach which required running more pipes, bends, etc. It turned out great. The unit looks fantastic add worked first time. No leaks, hot water worked, and all faucets had the expected pressure.

I'll be sure to contact RD Plumbing in the future should I have any plumbing needs they can service. Highly recommended.

Scotty was professional and friendly and quick to fix my problem. Prices were great. This is the second time they’ve come out for me. The first time was when my water heater went out and they did an amazing job on that ! They have great prices.

Absolute great costumer service... we had our gas line for our range moved and three toilets replaced by Fransico and Scotty! Very clean and highly recommend them! Even picked up trash and hauled away toilets!

I'm a Riverside based General Contractor. Usually I'm doing some sort of New Construction, while Ryan can do this type of work well its not how we met. I meet Ryan and his team when trying to find someone who could help us with an emergency slab leak. They were able to offer a temp fix, a re-pipe, and new tankless water heater within a few days and keep my customers water going every evening. What I think Ryan does the best is come up with inventive solutions that are also professional. My Customers appreciated Ryan's work and willingness to answer any of their questions and ensure what was being proposed would be long lasting. 1st photo was the temp fix, 2nd is re-pipe in progress and 3rd is the tankless water heater. All work was signed off on first inspection by City of Chino Hills.

Scott has been absolutely fantastic! Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable! I am so happy I chose RD plumbing again. As usual I shopped around and RD plumbing is still the best in price for the same job. I used them for my sewer repair a year ago and I am very happy with them. Water heater was acting up as I called and Ryan promptly called right back. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone, and gave me quotes and options., without pressuring or up selling me. Ryan got me an appointment next day. Scott showed up for the appointment and I accidentally gave them the wrong size of the water heater.... No problem, as Scott offered to get the correct size and come back right away, same day. Service was quick, efficient, cost effective, ....and amazing. Excellent service. Yesterday 's headache of waking up to a busted water heater knowing family was coming into town and 24 hours later I have peace of mind from an outstanding company.

I notified them on Saturday they messaged me back right away gave me a time and date for service. Mr. Randell came and took care of everything!! Fast awesome work!! Thank you!!
