Ryan and his team do excellent work at affordable prices - they are now my go-to team for my plumbing needs. I first had hydrojetting done, then a clean out installed. Both plumbers were timely, knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service, explained multiple options available to solve the problems, and finished these jobs efficiently and effectively.

I was so lucky to find RD plumbing; I had a complete 180 experience with them compared to the last time I had a sewage main line stoppage. Ryan is direct and lean in communication, transparent in pricing, clean cut in appearance, and also pleasant smelling (a very nice touch and much appreciated). He is relentless and unwavering in his troubleshooting, and stands behind his expertise and workmanship. His pricing was very competative for the level of skills, knowledge, experience, and equipment that he brings. He honors is estimates, but doesn't limit his problem solving efforts if the work requirements change during the process.

We started with plans for a hydrojet and cam job, but ended up pulling a toilet as well as pulling a backflow prevention tube on top of the hydrojet cleaning, without breaking the bank or your spirit with the natural adjustment to the original estimate...all while still honoring his military family discount (thank you for this). One of the most important things to me was how he was able to come down to my level and break everything down so that I could follow his logic and understand my plumbing scenario in layman's terms (shout out to his sidekick Alvin for help with this). What can make a customer feel more valued than a high-level professional taking the time, patience, and effort to make sure we understand that the work being done makes sense, and we understand what exactly our hard-earned dollars are going toward?

The last plumbing company left with the parting words, "Hope it doesn't happen again soon". Ryan's were, "We get 'er done." Ryan is a plumbing wizard. He's the real deal.

After multiple slab leaks, we called to get a quote for a full-house re-pipe. We obtained three quotes and RD Plumbing & Rooter was the best in terms of price and responsiveness. We hired RD Plumbing and they scheduled the job quickly. The entire process was smooth and easy. I will definitely use RD Plumbing again.

I suspected an issue with my plumbing and thought that I may have leak in my slab so I gave him a call. Ryan was able to come out the same day I called and immediately got to work diagnosing what was potentially wrong. He was able to isolate where the issue was occurring and provided me with a number of options and educated me with each option he provided. I elected to Re-Pipe my home. Ryan provided me with a definitive schedule and let me know about the process and did exactly what he said he was going to do. RD Plumbing will be my first phone call for any plumbing need in the future. Ryan is absolutely honest, knowledgeable, provides competitive pricing, and above all else, does what he says he is going to do. Great company and people.

I recently had my bathroom sink faucet replaced and reached out to several plumbers for quotes. Most required an in-person visit before providing pricing, which felt excessive given how simple the job was.

Austin, the technician who came out, was professional and courteous. He wore shoe booties at my request and completed the installation efficiently.

Had a hot water slab leak in the garage. Ryan provided a cheaper cost for the repair as well as other options, full house recipe. Austin and Alvin explained the repair process and completed the repair quickly. They were very courteous and professional during the whole process. Highly recommended and will definitely use them for future repairs/ projects.

Called rd plumbing because I had a slab leak in my home in Corona . Ryan came assed the situation and we agreed that the permanent solution was to do a whole home repipe .

We had a full repipe done and the crew was extremely careful with our home from start to finish. They completed the entire repipe in just one day, which was impressive, and came back the next day to handle all the patching.

Everything went smoothly — from the repipe itself to the drywall repairs. The team was professional, organized, and respectful of our space. They protected our floors and cleaned up well after the work was done.

Our tankless water heater kept glitching and I spoke with RD pluming and they ask for pictures over the phone and gave me the truth, the system we had was terrible and not worth fixing so they quoted us for a brand new system, top of the line, and they came next day! They worked in the pouring rain!! They took the old system out, rerouted pipes, installed new pipes and new tank, that looks amazing! They were super clean, professional, honest, fast and great price as well as customer service! Totally recommend!!

We had a problem with sewer back up in Corona, CA mobile home. After we called, AAP Home Services sent out 2 plumbers for camera inspection services FREE estimate then they gave me a low price on camera inspection service so we go ahead with the camera inspection. After the broken section of sewer line was found out, they gave me an estimate for fixing the problem with a guarantee. After we agreed on the price, they started breaking concrete, digging a hole 5ft deep, 2ft wide and 3ft long, fixing sewer line, refilling dirt and redoing concrete. The whole process from inspection to accomplishing the repair took them only half working day.
I could not believe of their speed. I felt very fortunate to have diligent, honest, years of experience and professional manner of Carlos Rocha and his helper. I can assure that you will not be disappointed if you have a chance to be served by these 2 particular professional plumbers

When we use the showers we have big noisy vibrating. I call AAP and Michael came he told me that's the water pressure regulator has to be replaced. He replace it at night., no more problems. He did a good job. totally recommend him.

Absolutely the best plumbing company there is. William and Daniel were so skilled. How do you fix a leak encased in a tomb of concrete? They did it in 1 day. Save valuable time and call AAP All American. The girls in the office are so sweet. Joanna and Ari. More review to follow when my PC isn't having her atitude.

Martin and Carlos were a great team. They arrived punctually and performed a thorough leak detection. Afterwards, they explained how they planned to repair the leak and took their time to answer all my questions. They began right away and finished in a few hours.
Restoration is not included, but they try did try to minimize wall openings.

I called AAP because my water heater shut off. I set up a next day appt and Mark Rodriguez came out. He told me the problem and gave us our options, which was a whole new water heater system. He was able to get right on it.his quote was the price I paid.
Mark was professional and efficient. I have already set up an appointment for a separate problem. AAP is my go to company for plumbing issues now.
Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Woke up this morning with a slab leak in my closet. Called AAP and there was a technician (Michael Munoz) at my house in an hour.

Michael was very helpful, clean and polite, answering all my questions and wasting no time in getting the work done.

My water was back on by 2pm and all work was complete by 3pm.

I would highly recommend AAP and Michael to anyone, and will be calling them again when the need arises.

I had an issue with my toilet leaking. Caesar was friendly and professional. I appreciated that he was respectful as to not get my home dirty. He came prepared with his own booties. He also made sure that the job he did was done right by double checking things. I would definitely recommend his service.

Steven Araujo did a wonderful job fixing/ repairing my bathroom tube spout. Quality workmanship that you can trust. He's very honest, hard worker and reliable. Steven has performed and completed multiple plumbing projects at my home and every project he does i'm extremely satisfied. Thank you Steven and AAP.

BUYER BEWARE. The plumbers that do the work are great. The office is unprofessional and shady. I was told it would be flat rate $1200 to service my tankless water heater for the brand I have. So I asked for a flat rate sheet, they wouldn't provide. Then they had me talk to multiple different people giving me the run around, not appreciated. I asked how they come up with $1200 and nobody could show me where that number comes from. They don't listen to their customers, bad customer support, shady on how they price jobs (DOUBLE what other plumbers have quoted). And the sad part was that I had a great experience the first time which is why I was coming back to them....but never again.
