Was experiencing a leak inside of my house and couldn’t turn off the water unless I turned it off at the meter my shut off valve was apparently a gate valve and those tend to fail. Had Elite plumbing pros come out and they installed a brand new riser with all new valves and addressed my leak. All the work has a warranty included as well. By far some of the most clean plumbing work I have ever had done.

Ran across an issue with our drains, we had deep root intrusions along with corroded, clay and cast-iron pipe. Elite plumbing pros had came out and gave us a camera inspection and propose a couple options for us to go with in regards to retraining a good section of the contaminated area. Luckily, they offer multiple options not in regards to just the work but also payment options so we were able to get the whole job financed and it also comes with a 5 year warranty. We are completely satisfied with the financing option, great professional services, and I already recommended them to my neighbors because they have the same issues with the roots and very rocky terrain.

Before I called the plumbers, I was experiencing a lot of sewer issues with water backing up into my house. The plumbers snaked out my drain line and cleared the clog, after they were done removing the clogged drain they ran a camera to inspect the sewer and found shifting pipes which is called an offset of pipe. Located exactly where the issue was and did a really good job with the install and clean up. They had to dig up a good portion of the front yard and once they were done with all the work you can honestly barely tell work was done in the front. They do their best to keep things clean work, very professional and warranty all the work that I paid for. Definitely one of the best plumbing companies I have ever called.

I have been having drain problems because our house is kind of old and we have cast iron pipes. I called the plumber and they noticed a lot of water was coming from the crawlspace and when they went in there, they located the issue and proposed the multiple options for me to choose from. I decided to just get the repair done so they fixed the defective area and warranted it for one year. Great customer service and very fast working technicians. Definitely will be referring to elite plumbing pros again when I run into any issues. They are also plumbers near me. Not a lot of plumbers wear shoe coverings when they come out as well but they did. I feel like they took my needs into consideration. Extremely satisfied.

This was our first time having a slab leak but we are very grateful that we went with this plumbing company. Not only were they able to locate the leak and also propose multiple options to fix it we were able to get a lot of water damage approved by the insurance so all of the holes that had to be made in order to perform the fix was completely covered. , the plumber saved us a lot of money, but we did have to come out of pocket for the actual plumbing repair because insurance does not cover that. If you ever have a leak in your home plumber to take care of it for you these are your guys. Everything came with a 3 year warranty as well! Very professional and extremely kind people.

I just had a really positive experience with Ali Alzein at Elite Plumbing Pros. I needed Ali to do a whole property inspection in Big Bear Lake under an unreasonable timeframe. Not only did Ali turnaround the report and estimates in one day, Ali made the long drive to Big Bear Lake when other plumbers locally would not. His communication back to me was A+ and I really appreciate the quick turnaround.

It was about that time for a brand new water heater so I called out the plumbers and they gave me multiple options on water heaters and explained the work in great depth. What I really like is that everything comes with warranty as long as they supply it and they install it. Knowing that it makes me extremely confident and not only the work, but also in the company. I went with one of the best options so I can get my water heater up to code and it came with a five-year warranty. I am extremely satisfied with what elite plumbing pros had to offer so I ended up purchasing a annual flush for my water heater so they will come and flush my water heater without me even having to call anybody. I am definitely recommending my family to them.

He did a really good job and I feel like I wasn’t just being sold the whole time they proposed multiple different options and also threw in a free plumbing inspection with the service. Turns out the reason why I constantly had water running was because I had really high water pressure so I look forward to getting that resolved with them as well. We called out elite plumbing pros and they performed a leak detection and located which line was leaking and then they presented multiple options for me to choose from. we decided to go with the reroute and they installed a new line so we did not have to jackhammer our floors and change the floors. Very knowledgeable and considerate technicians, I appreciate that amazing customer service and professionalism.
