I had Diamond House Plumbing come over to move some water lines. Hanz was the technician that came over. He was great with explaining everything and did a wonderful job with moving my lines over to where they need to be. Highly recommend this company, all such good people!

Hanz & Josh were really professional and knowledgeable. We are first time home owners and we learned a few things about plumbing. They are very helpful with their financing options. Times are tough right now and dealing with a slab leak in our kitchen before new years is a nightmare. But very thankful Hanz and Josh were able to help us with a do-able monthly payment. They are very communicative, making sure we Understand what is happening and the process they will be doing to repair the issue. They are persistent with the question “do you have a questions “. Which is great. I will recommend Diamond House Plumbing to anyone reading this review.

Hanz from Diamond House Plumbing came by almost immediately after I called to report a water leak in my main water pipe. Shortly after arriving he came up with a few plans and after choosing the best option he got right to work. His work was professional, clean, and got it all done fairly quickly!! I am so grateful for the service he provided and I want to recommend Diamond House Plumbing for anyone looking for good quality plumbing and I will use their services again in the future. Joshua was very nice and helpful. We had a warranty issue on our water heater and they came and fixed it quick and efficiently. I will definitely call them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumbing outfit to do work at their home

I have a number of plumbing issues to deal with, including 2 leaks, clogged pipes and rusted plumbing. I called at 4Pm and they scheduled and appt for 9am-11am the following morning. They called an hour prior to arrival to remind me and they arrived right on time. "Andrew" was polite and attentive and asked appropriate questions concerning my projects. After working up a proposal with several options, he took the time to fully explain each option and recommendations. He took the time necessary to instill a confidence in his ability, knowledge and the company. While I am getting other estimates. I believe the estimate he provided is reasonable and well within what I expected. While they have not done any work (YET) Andrew and the company get straight 10's across the board for professionalism and customer service. I look forward to having them do the work.

This is my second job that I used Diamond House Plumbing. This time they replaced my septic tank. Josh explained what the job entails, he answered all my questions. During the actual job Juan made sure that everything was done right. Juan made sure that the repairs was done on time and I really appreciate the work that they did. I will surely use their services again in the future.

We had two of the worst leaky faucets fixed in under three hours even with a quick home depo stop! Louis did very clean work, the technician was so polite, we hardly knew he was there! Thank you so much Josh for organizing all the work and following up after! Highly recommended!

Joshua, Mario, and Luis came quickly after we contacted them, to check our leaking gas line. They were professional, respectful and clean. I appreciated the clear communication and the fact they vacuumed and cleaned up their work areas thoroughly.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided for the delivery and install of my hot tub, They arrived on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. I was provided complete instructions on everything. I really appreciated their patience as well with my slow water pressure to fill the hot tub!

To say I was satisfied by my experience with Diamond House Plumbing would be an understatement. My house required complete replacement of all drainage pipes and the rewiring of the entire house with a replacement of the circuit panel and it’s wiring. My past experiences with major repairs, particularly with plumbers, had been very poor. I had gotten Diamond’s name, along with that of two other companies, from my home insurance providers as companies they used. It was the second company I interviewed.

Diamond came on time, kept me posted by text on how the progress on how the work was coming and when to expect them. They not only charged what their estimate had promised but, when part of the work proved less complicated or cheaper than anticipated, they lowered the bill to reflect those changes. The fixtures they installed, from faucets to kitchen lighting were of top quality.

The supervisor, Joshua Miller, the workers, the secretaries in the office were honest, polite, and tried to keep the mess that resulted from breaking down walls, breaking up tiles and cement foundations, and digging giant holes in the middle of my house down to a minimum. Even the subcontractors who repaired the walls and tiles, repainted, replaced a broken window, re-plastered the walls, were highly skilled and professional. They did a beautiful job.

About half way through the project I gave Joshua a list of 13 concerns or items that needed to be corrected and he took care of every item except one.

When they finished the repairing the hole in the laundry I was satisfied, but after inspecting it, Joshua called back the plasterers and had them redo their work; when they finished it was beautiful and far better than before the work commenced. The tile in the kitchen too looked as if no construction or repairs had taken place; it was perfect.

During the rewiring the two young electricians discovered that the attic was insulated with asbestos. This meant they would have to wear full hazmat suits with masks and eye protection at all times in weather that exceeded 100 degrees outside and was even hotter under the roof. To made the work bearable they came at 7 PM (when it was a milder 90 degrees) and worked into the early morning to get the job done.

In every way Diamond Plumbing is a wonderful company which employs a wonderful staff, I could not recommend them more.

Having experienced a power outage due a powerful wind storm, my tankless water heater was not working. Diamond House was so responsive from initial office contact that a service person was send out in hours. Drew went above and beyond when making several attempts to fix the issue but ultimately informed me a new system was necessary. Several options were given and after notifying the following morning my decision, they again came thru with a new unit that afternoon and had me up and running by the evening. Cesar the tech who did the install was fantastic also in his professionalism. Your whole team deserve more than 5 stars!

We were very pleased by our experience with Diamond House Plumbing. Joshua showed up on time for the initial inspection and and laid out our options. They showed me what was happening underground where my old waste line connected to the city line and was and had roots breaking through. They then relined the the pipe with as strong epoxy liner. No surprises except that the newly lined pipe now looks great!

I had them put in a new tub. I am very happy with this company. As it turned out, I ended up having them do a lot of home improvements for us. Andrew listened to all my needs, and did exactly what I wanted. They were very professional, all the workers were extremely polite, courteous, and very clean. It was a pleasure working with them. I will not hesitate to call on them again when I need something else done. I highly recommend them to anyone, and I will! Very happy and pleased that I found them. Thanks, Diamond House!

We had the best experience and service with Diamond house . We had a some water damage that extended from our bedroom closet into our restroom we reached out to a few businesses and Diamond house was the first to respond and get someone out immediately. They worked with our insurance company and had began fixing the damage right away. We had the pleasure of working with Josh who was great and always provided the best customer service. We are so satisfied with the outcome of the work they did and have received so many compliments from family / friends. If you’re on the fence about contacting them DO IT ! You won’t regret it .

Andrew was very quick and thorough to provide a quote. John showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. We were originally told it would take 3-4 hours to complete the removal and installation of the new water heater, John had it completed in 2 hours. Great asset to a great company.

Had a sewage back up from a septic tank in a house I HAD JUST PURCHASED....this was one of my first experiences with having no landlord to call!!!....when diamond plumbing arrived an hour BEFORE my EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT ready to handle my problem ....I KNEW I CALLED THE RIGHT PLACE!!!....these guys are class act and I would highly recommend....handled the problem in a little more than an hour and even offered to sanitize....! If you have a plumbing issues this is the place!

I want to let everyone know how professional this company is. they are prompt, courteous, and will answer any questions you may have pertaining to the work you need done. Even though I did not use them for this particular job, I highly recommend this company based on their professionalism. Daniel and his supervisor, Joshua was very nice and understanding. My neighbor had called these plumbers to correct an issue he had. While they were there working, I asked if they could fit a service on my water heater before they left.
Josh quickly realigned his schedule to accommodate me.
They did an excellent job at really short notice. Probably saved me having to get a new water heater. They also installed a pump in conjunction with the heater flow lines.
Overall, an excellent experience. I keep their info attached to the water heater. I know who to call.

Can’t say enough how great this company was for me and my family. The ladies over the phone were more than courteous and knowledgeable about the new tank I needed installed in my backyard. On top of that, when the crew was done the landscape looked better than it had before. They finished earlier than expected and I was very please with the results.

Our septic tank failed and we needed help fast, and Josh was able to come out quickly and help us out with a quote. He explained everything that would need to be done, what to expect from the job, and quoted us a fair price. His level of knowledge and expertise was very high and he relayed other possibilities and explained how things worked very well. He even called afterwards to follow up on what we wanted to do and was very professional and kind. We ultimately went with another company that could fix our tank immediately, but Diamond house is definitely a quality company I would consider in the future.
