Steve and Chris did an amazing job rerouting the water line from a slab leak they detected. Our house was fully remodeled in 2020 and were worried about tearing out cabinets and drywall inside our home to complete the repair. They completed the job with only minimal cosmetic repairs - they only needed to cut a small hole in the stucco to access the hot water pipe in my backyard. I would highly recommend Jim & Son’s Plumbing and in particular, Steven and Chris. Steven and Chris were truly a Christmas miracle!!!

Absolutely recommend. Stephen is awesome, highly knowledgeable, punctual and honest. Solid, solid company. We got a very high quote to fix our main water line at our restaurant and called Jim and Sons plumbing to get a second opinion. Stephen came through on short notice, and provided a free quote. It ended up the other company was trying to cheat us out $16,000! Can’t trust anyone these days…unfortunate how people conduct business. I’m glad I called Jim and Sons. They have a customer for life now! Hit them up with any of your plumbing needs, commercial or residential!!

A new water line from the street meter to the house was installed and new sprinkler valves were put in. Stephen from Jim & Sons and his crew were very good I was impressed. They were very neat and knowledgeable. I recommend them and Jim & Sons plumbing for your plumbing jobs.

Another plumbing issue at home, toilet that often wouldn't shut off causing a higher water bill. Being over 100% satisfied with Daniel from Jim and Sons Plumbing on a previous kitchen leak problem, I didn't hesitate to call and ask for him again as all my attempts to figure out the problem with the relatively new toilet weren't successful. Daniel texted expected arrival time, called the morning of service and arrived earlier. He checked the toilet fixture, quickly found the design problem, and solved the problem. He also made minor adjustment to be sure no more water was being used than required for proper flushing and also no chance of overfill issues, a real money saver at today's water prices in California. He gladly fixed some minor cosmetic issues with another toilet, also new from two recent bathroom remodels. He saved us from having to buy replacement parts and both relatively new toilets were good as new (better actually). Very fair and affordable price just topped off the nice experience. I continue to fully recommend Jim and Sons Plumbing, and continue to appreciate the skill and knowledge of Daniel in quickly identifying problems and solving them while giving very clear info on the problems Thanks Daniel for another wonderful experience. I wish all of our home repair needs could be handled by such a professional and skilled craftsman. More than 5 stars if I could give them.

I'm super happy with the work that Steve from Jim & Sons did on my 60 year old sewer pipe. I am a commercial property manager and I have used a lot of plumbers but Steve is the best. He is hard working and honest and very communicative. He took the time to do my job over a rainy weekend because my tenant could not be shut down for 2 days. He ended up digging a huge hole in my foundation, excavating the dirt and broken clay pipe and replacing it with a new pipe. He then epoxyed the remaining pipe. He sent me pictures along the way and kept in touch with me the entire time. He definitely gave 110%. If you need a hard working plumber who can handle hard jobs, then Jim & Sons are your plumbers

Great service, very fast and knowledable. Excellent communcation, kept me informed the entire time of what they would need to do and why. I had a leak in my hot water line under the slab. They did a lot of work and in less then a day.

I called Jim and Sons to fix a ruptured hot water main. Another plumbing company had come out first and they were not able to repair the defect. Steven came over on a Saturday during his family time and I could tell right away that he was a creative person. He went through several options and came up with a solution. The repair was done inside of an hour counting his trip to pick up parts. Steven was very confidence inspiring. I would highly recommend this company.

This is the second time I have used this business for my plumbing needs. They are very thorough and make sure the job is finished. Today I had them come out because I have had a faucet that was leaking. I have had two other plumbers that came out and that I paid to fix the leak only to have it start up again.

Aaron and team came and conquered. Sewer line had some bad roots and a poorly built clean-out. I spoke with 5 other plumbing companies that all tried to get me to do an expensive sleeve/liner. Aaron recommended a much easier, sensible approach - clean it out first and check the pipe's condition before jumping to big expensive solutions. Jim and Sons were honest, no BS, and told me exactly what I needed. The new clean-out and hydro jet were done in just a few hours. Looks great. I'm definitely going to them for future plumbing jobs.

I’ve used these guys for several projects, big & small. They really are fantastic. Their prices are reasonable (not cheap) and they stand behind their work. I had a small issue with my water heater several years after installation and they came out and fixed it, no questions asked.

First, gotta say that Danny is the man! I had a scheduled delivery for a refrigerator on Labor Day. When pulling my old fridge out, I found the water line hooked up to an old saddle valve. The moment I started to shut it off, it began to leak.

So, I needed some help and called a few plumbers but only got automated operators. I hate not talking to a real person. I finally called Jim and Sons, and a person picked up! I explained the situation, and they had someone, Danny, come out within 30 minutes, before my new fridge would even be delivered. Danny was super nice and helpful. He explained what he would do and provided a reasonable quote. I agreed, and it was replaced with a modern valve in about 20-30 mins time. Great workmanship on Labor Day. I'm happy with the work and will 100% call them again. They will be my go-to plumber.

Daniel was extremely helpful and efficient. We hired him to install a water pressure regulator outside our home and a new toilet, and he did an excellent job. When we had a minor issue with the toilet after the installation, he came back very quickly and resolved it right away. We’re very happy with the quality of his work and his service. We would definitely love to have him back again in the future.

All the guys at Jim & Sons are awesome. It's just refreshing to see honest, hard working, responsive company now a days. Stephen saved me a lot of money by determining that my slab leak was from an old under ground sprinkler line that was buried and no longer being used. We found the line and cut it from the main line and problem solved. I did not have to cut through the slab thus saving me lots of money. Also worked with Cory & Aaron. I highly highly recommend Jim & Son’s Plumbing.
