Aaron & James from Jim & Sons Plumbing and Rooter did a Excellent job. Great guys. Very professional & experienced. Great customer Service. They went the extra mile to get my landscape drains cleared of all the Palm tree roots without having to dig up front driveway & front yard, saving me thousands $, not having breakup my stamped concrete driveway & rip up my artificial grass to clear the landscape drains. Highly reccommend them.

I called him for an estimate over the phone. He told me what he would do and once I asked if he thought that would work he laughed in my face and hung up. I never said if the estimate was all I was going pay. I just wanted to know if it could be something else. He’s clearly not professional and he’s very disrespectful. I’m sure the 5 star reviews are from his family and friends.

Rick is an independent local plumber located in Riverside, CA. Rick answered my call directly and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. Rick responded to my residence quickly and the repairs were completed for the agreed price.

So I had called 5 local plumbers and this was the only guy that would actually talk to me. Two of the companies were very rude but this guy Rick was very helpful and considerate person. I paid a fair amount and I think I received a good deal for the money. My wife and I thank you for picking up all the mess I do thank you for not cheating us and doing a great job. M.J.

Francisco c dispatcher Cindy and manager Christian were very professional and did a great job fixing plumbing issues and flushing my tankless hot water heater.

Had some issues with my wall heater and called Cisneros Brothers plumbing and heating. They came out the same day and arrived at the appointed time. Antonio Z was very thorough and patient working on my older wall heater . I appreciated the time he took to make sure everything was working properly before he left. I was surprised to have such a great experience from a plumbing company! Rene came out and answered all of my questions and even gave suggestions to make my life easier. Francisco came out this morning to give an diagnosis on my tankless water heater. He was very professional & did his due diligence to help solve the problem. Super nice and easy going, cleaned everything out and before leaving made sure to show us everything was cleaned out and that we were satisfied with his work. The technician, Robert, showed up quickly and diagnosed and fixed the issue. He took pictures and explained everything when he was done. This company has the best technicians and really show how much they care about the customer. Highly recommend for heating and air conditioning and plumbing needs!

Great service was provided a few weeks ago by Alex. I called Cisneros for a tankless water heater flush and Arelic was able to quickly come out. She said Tech would be great. He definitely provided great service. Definitely using them again.

Our Hesperia Office location has been having issues with the garbage disposal not working and backing up. I called this morning and Joanna was able to assist me and get an appointment same day, which I was not expecting. Daniel showed up within the hour and we were back up and running within that same hour. Daniel was very professional, kept me informed and completed everything within a great time frame. The experience was awesome.
