My grandma Bonnie has only ever used this plumber, she recently had a leak in some of her faucets and also, a Home Owner Insurance Inspector just denied her for having rust in the bathroom. Tony Rueda not only fixed her faucets at a great price but found no rust in her bathroom! He then printed her a paper that showed there was no rust! You don’t know how much that means to her family we all thank this company so much, they went more then above and beyond! THANK YOU!!!

Nick saved the DAY! I was notified by a neighbor of a massive leak at my house. Nick came out almost immediately, got the leak stopped and was even able to run water to the house while the repairs were being made. He found out during inspection the plumbing was run incorrectly. He not only fixed the leak but also took some preventative measure's to prevent a repeat incident in the not so distant future. I found this very professional and intelligent. It show's care for their work, as well as their customer. I 100% recommend Nick at Best Plumbing Services.

We had Jason out to look at an outside leak that was very mysterious and me and my son in law looked for weeks and could not seem to find it . Jason showed up with equipment that was out of this world and his skills and knowledge blew me away . Needless to say about 45 mins into the job the leak was found and resolved. What really blew me away was I was working on my travel trailer that day that me and my son in law could not remove a piece on the water heater . We tryed everything Jason walks over and touched it and it literally came off like magic . Saved our weekend he goes above and beyond any company I’ve ever seen and takes his time to help you and explain things we never knew. Thanks again Best Plumbing Services!

I was worried at first because attempting to use the company website for scheduling did not seem to work out (my browser blocked the redirect the first time I tried, but I changed the setting and tried again), and so I called them after about four or five hours without hearing back. Mr. Best answered and explained that he had not received a request, but told me he'd get back to me later in the day to schedule something. The company did get back to me later that day, and scheduled a tech to come out this morning between 8-10 AM. I received a call from the tech (Ryan) during that slot, and he informed me that he would be out by 10, and he was. He brought the faucet I'd agreed to purchase, and he had it up and running in about half an hour. He was an extremely personable and professional tradesman, which has not always been my experience here in Riverside. Barring any leaks that show up in the next few days under that faucet, this five star review will live on forever in the hearts of mankind, blah blah blah. Anyway, great job by Best Plumbing Service, at a very fair cost, and handled more rapidly than I'd have ever expected.

Today this group sent 2 of the most wonderful guys to install 3 new sinks, faucets and garbage disposals!
I feel like I got a face lift!!!!
Looks great, so professional, friendly, helpful... I enjoyed spending the day with them!
Before they left they went back around and checked all their work to make sure they walked away leaving me with 5-star service.

By far the best plumbing company in Riverside. Adam was very kind and upfront with what we needed and transparent about cost. He knew exactly what was wrong with the plumbing and thoroughly explained it to us. We’ll definitely refer them to friends and family. Grateful that they were able to fix the issue! Adam was knowledge and highly competent in replacing the cartridge needed to stop the faucet leak. He explained what need to be fixed, so I was able to understand what he needed to do. I felt confident that I was getting the repair that was needed to fix the leak. In the end, NO LEAK! I recommend Adam foe your plumbing needs. He was professional and clean serviceman. He left no mess!

Best Plumbing responded to our emergency water leak situation ultra fast and kept us updated on the progress. I give a big thumbs up to our tech Stephen and to Jason who jumped in to develop the perfect and innovative repair plan.

The bradford white water heater I bought needed a gas control valve replaced. Adam came out and did a great job like he has every time he's come out. The warranty was just outside of a year so even though the part was covered, I still had to pay $300 for labor of 2 hours. I feel that amount is a lot especially since it was product failure, but such is life. I'm still giving 5 stars for Adam's service but maybe truly 3 stars overall for price.

Alfred came out to install my Moen Leak Detector. He was on time, professional and showed excellent attention to detail. I will be making Best Plumbing Service my "go to" for my future plumbing needs.

Appropriately named , BEST Plumbing has provided excellent services to resolve major urgent problems at our home on at least 3 occasions over a several year period. Most recently, they responded timely and promptly diagnosed and remediated a significant piping problem. Courteous, competent and timely, we couldn’t have asked for better service!
