Have used this business many times for different repairs. They also replaced all the plumbing in our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. Very good price point.Excellent service I would definitely recommend this company.

Best Plumbing was referred to me when my main sewer was backed up. Jason came out advised me of the problem provided a great quote. He recommended how to fix the problem I went with his recommendation and I have not had any problems since. Their employees do the work.

Water Heaters Only, Inc. was referred to us through our Homeowners Warranty Policy after our water heater went out a couple days ago. They promptly showed up and Neil, our installer, was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job of installing the water heater, a very neat and clean installation.

David was out the day after I called which was on a Sunday! Shawnee was the first contact and she is awesome to deal with. She got me the water heater install the next day. The installer, David Pullen (24 years with this company, that says something!!), was on time and very professional explaining each procedure as he went. Looks great, and he cleaned up when done. I would highly recommend this company.

Alexis was my technician. He arrived on time, was very clear in the estimate. Once we agreed on a replacement and other items, Alexis began work . He was very professional and I could tell he took pride in his craft. I would not hesitate to recommend WHO and Alexis to anyone in need of a water heater installation.

I called Water Heaters Only Inc. after an inspection from the Gas Company revealed that I had a leak in my water heater valve. During that phone call I was able to find out that my water heater was 14 years old, way past its life expectancy and I decided to have it replaced..Neil came out the next morning and explained that some connections had to be brought up to code during the installation . Neil was very professional and had over 20 years experience. He explained step by step what he would be doing and why. He answered all the questions that I had and the installation process began. Three hours later I had a beautiful new water heater in my garage. My experience with Water Heater Only Inc. was a favorable one. I had originally called another company out and they did not come as scheduled. I called to find out why and was told they were running late. That gave me enough time to do some research and that is how I found Water Heaters Only Inc.What a blessing !!

I had to call a few times, because I didn't know the model or serial number of my water heater, but they were very a great help to me in ordering parts to fix my water heater, rather than just trying to sell me a new unit.

The day the parts arrived was a holiday. They sent out Mike ( Michael Ledieff ) within a few hours of me calling, and within 2 hours of Mike arriving I had hot water again. On a holiday!

Ultimately, they saved me over $1500, because I was thinking about replacing my entire unit, but they were able to assist me in getting what I needed for much less.

I had a water heater installed by Water Heaters Only on 10/06/15. I chose them because they had the best price and were the only company that would install a new water heater the same day. I loved the fact that the friendly person I talked to on the phone recommended a Bradford White heater made in America! The technician, Ron, was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had the very old 50 gals water heater that was leaking. My Home owner insurance sent Water Heaters Only company to replace my old one. I was extremely happy with the services and my new water heater. They get the job done quickly, and all cleaned up.

I called to get a water heater replaced. They sent Brad out the following morning. He called in advance to ensure I would be there. He arrived a little early was ready to go. Brad did a great job. He took out he old water heater and even cleaned the area up prior to installing the new water heater. He was quick and efficient. The installation was well done and he secured the earthquake straps nicely. Once he was done, he cleaned the area that he worked in. It looked better then when he arrived. I would recommend them for future work. The price was competitive.

Nothing short of amazing.

Fidelity Home Warranty sent people to my home when my pilot light wouldn't ignite. They suggested replacement but informed me that I would have to have custom-built cabinetry installed before I owned the house, removed, and re-installed. It would have been terribly expensive. I called around. I spoke with three businesses getting quotes for each. WHO was the lowest-price. They offered Water Heaters that aren't Rheem. I started to research, Bradford and White are long-standing, have good reviews, and a better warranty.

The other companies said they would try to remove the water heater without removing the cabinets. The others suggested they would need two men to do the job.

WHO said they could do it in 4 hours with one man. I was doubtful.

Then came install day.

And Marcus showed up.

Professional, courteous, kind, fun, personable, AND CAPABLE. This guy did SOLO what I was told was a job that was both "impossible" without the suggested modifications to my garage OR required TWO men.

And all the while I would come out and check on him from time to time to make sure he had water and was welcome to use the restroom if he needed it. I'd crack jokes. He'd laugh. We'd laugh. I've NEVER had an experience with someone coming to my home to make repairs like this, NEVER.

The cost of my water heater installation was in the range I was quoted and Johnny removed my old water heater and installed the new tank quickly and professionally. He was very efficient, wore a mask the whole time, and answered all of the questions that I had. We did have a small issue with scheduling the service, as we had to be rescheduled due to a staffing issue, but we were flexible on our end so it wasn't a problem. Overall, I was very happy with the cost and service we received.

I would highly recommend this company. My water heater went out, and the response time was amazingly fast. Ron Gautreau was my water heater specialist. He made me feel that I was in good hands. Ron was very nice and very efficient. He also cleaned up the area and didn't leave a mess. I appreciated that. My install was completed 03/23/2019. I don't usually post a review, but this one I had too. They were that good!

My water heater started leaking last Sunday. I sent a message to Water Heaters Only and they responded in a few minutes. I told them what the problem was with my 50 gallon gas water heater. They sent a tech the following day with a new water heater. Tech Alexis installed it and cleaned up when the job was done. Alexis did an outstanding job! The new Bradford White water heater was professionally installed. Drain pan included. They are all professionals, from their office staff to their techs like Alexis!

Daniel came out same day to install a new water heater after my old one sprang a leak. When I called to set up the appointment I was quoted a price range between $2100.00 to $2400.00, but when Daniel arrived I was quoted $2800.00 so this was disappointing. He made a phone call and ultimately I paid $2425.00 which was as close as he could get me. So my only complaint is that the person scheduling appointments should not be providing price ranges by phone as it felt like she mislead me into choosing Water Heaters Only. So the 5 stars is for Daniel. He explained what he needed to do and then installed same day and did a great job, cleaned everything up, and walked me through using my new water heater before he left.
