I had Julian come to fix my leak and he went over and above board in finding and fixing the problem. It wasn't the heater but connections and pvc that had blockage and he worked non stop to fix everything. He's a wonderful and caring young man and knows what he's doing. He deserves a raise. I would definitely call your company again and ask for him.

Toa Tou was on time and extremely polite and professional. He made some suggestions without hardball sale tactics. When done he cleaned up and answered our questions also showed some basics to the new water heater.

Alexis Garcia was my technician. He did an amazing job replacing my water heater. They offered to replace mine same day but I had somewhere to be that evening so they came on time the next day. Alexis brought everything up to code, showed me everything he installed and was very patient. I am a single mom who took over my moms home after she passed so it’s nice to find places near me who make this a lot easier to fix.

My experience with water heaters , inc was great ! It was my first time using them. I google them on my phone and spoke to to Paul customer rep. He was a professional and friendly rep gave me a quote for new. Bradford white water heater and said he would have installer with the right water heater within one hour. He was right on time gave courtesy call arriving in 10 mins. The installer name was Danny he was a great guy , and new his stuff replaced all my copper pipes took pride in his work came out great upgraded to 50 gallon , He put drip pan with a plywood board to hold water heater. I give them 5 stars I would highly recommend them. I will refer them to my neighbors and family that’s for sure ! The gave me a good competitive rate too I call 5 other places they were the best!

I can't say enough good things about Marcus! From the moment he met us for our estimate, to the moment he left, we knew hiring water heaters only and Marcus was the best decision we could make for it.
