Nothing but violent criminal gang members and the Karens that protect them work there. If you want safe efficient service definitely hire another company. How's that 20/20 working out for ya now?

They should not be in business any more. Stay away from this company. Ignorant employees and management. No respect for public.

This heating & plumbing company is filled with a bunch of unprofessional employees. The management can't control the employees. I do not recommend them at all unless you want to be assaulted.

Terribly ran company. Manager/Owner lets their 20-30 man crew run outside and confront an independent journalist that is doing a public assessment of their company, and allows them to chase him across the street throwing threats at him, but also even allowing one of their workers to commit felony assault and be pepper sprayed. What kind of person with half of a brain runs an operation like this?

One of the worst companies I've ever seen. Its employees have been caught several times attacking both verbally and PHYSICALLY customers/civilians. Has no respect for the US Constitution and needs to publicly apologize for its employees actions. 1 star.

I can tell that your reviews are just as bad as your drivers since one wants to cut me off and almost hit me while it’s dark and raining coming off of the 215 north Newport exit. Apparently they can’t hear someone blaring the horn at them as they’re about to lose their rear bumpers passenger side corner from trying to slam into a huge SUV because they can’t realize they’ve been in the wrong turn lane. Might as well report you to BBB with these ratings.

Very rude group of employees. When I had a small complaint it seems they didn't care since they already got paid. When I couldn't get thru on the phone I attempted to go to their office and was mobbed by a bunch of people threatening to pepper spray me for simply inquiring about finishing the repair job. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

My husband and I purchased a new build home November 2018. At the time there was no need for the A/C unit to be on. So come April when we began to use it I knew something was wrong when it took over 5 hours at night to cool my home 2 degrees. I called as we were still under warranty. They sent someone out and I was told by the technician that they forgot to charge my unit with refrigerant and that was my issue so they charged it up and went on their way. Fast forward to this April and again the same issue. I now called an outside company to get a straight forward and honest answer. I was told that upon final inspection from the city the unit is required to be at full charge. There should NEVER be a need for a refrigerant charge unless there is a leak. So back in April of 2019 they should have fixed the unit and found out where and why it was leaking. None of which was done. The technician was at my home for maybe 15min and never came inside my home. The company that I called told me that the job would take approximately 6 hours to complete and to get me up and running but that since this was a builder issue under warranty I should contact them (there are still good honest people out there!). I contacted 20/20 on the 3rd of the month and was told that it would take 2 weeks to find out where the leak was. I was then told that same day by my technician that it would only take 10 days and then a sentence later he said well we should be able to see in about 2 days. I called the reputable A/C company and asked if this sounded correct. He told me absolutely not and that what he was saying about it taking 2 weeks to do, should in reality take 2 hours. Filling the lines with nitrogen and then attaching the gauge and seeing where the pressure is dropping. I then went out and questioned what was being told to me and let the technician and the office know that the way they were doing business was disgusting. I let them know that to leave my family of 5 without air in the middle of August was unacceptable and that their time frame wasn’t going to work for me. I was told a supervisor would contact me (which never took place). I did the foot work to call and schedule for 3 days later to get someone here. My home consistently stayed around 88 degrees. Getting as warm as 93 degrees and as low as 81 degrees at 3am. I expressed my concern for my youngest daughter who has severe asthma and has been hospitalized several times before for being in too warm of an environment. None of which seemed to phase any of the workers. I will say our technician was very pleasant to interact with however when you work for a poor quality company with higher ups who only care about their own pockets that leaves little room for customer satisfaction. Brittany in the office is very rude and only desires to get you off the phone. I was told on 2 separate occasions by Brittany that she would have a supervisor call me and no one ever called. I was also told repeatedly by Brittany that there was nothing she could do to speedy the process from 2 weeks to something more reasonable. It’s only because of my persistence that things got done faster (something that is never pleasant on a consumers end). At the time that our technician pressurized the lines with nitrogen he said it appeared to him to be the coil that was the issue. I was told that he will come back and read the pressure in 3 days. He did in fact come back and in fact the coil had lost 200lbs of pressure in just 3 days. I asked how long it would take to fix this and he said probably a week!!!! So you mean to tell me that a big commercial contractor who does nothing but install for big builders doesn’t have a coil to replace in my unit?? Nope it needs to be ordered! Why this wasn’t done 3 days ago when that’s what was suspected is beyond me. Thankfully he refitted the two lines and filled them back up with refrigerant so it can work for the meantime. All the while I will have refrigerant leaking into the attic of my home once again until the part comes in and they schedule to have someone come out.

Not just unprofessional but thugs. Of course this is about the video. You see it will follow you forever. I haven’t found where you addresses the behavior of your employees, management and possibly owners. Shameful and a liability to anyone who contracts with them for services. DO NOT HIRE!!

These negative reviews sound like they were written by people who have never been hired by 20/20. My experience was above and beyond. I own a new Tripoint build home. The original installation was done incorrectly, which is typical for the first phase of a multiphase build. Here is my experience.

You can tell a lot about a company by how they rectify a workmanship mistake. Every company or person makes mistakes; it is how they rectify the issue, implement their lessons learned, and communicate it. I am impressed with their actions and am satisfied with the result.

The issue was with my tankless water heater. The general installation was done correctly. However, the wiring needed to be corrected. 20/20 did not do the wiring, but it was a separate company. Eric (20/20's department leadership, the service manager) drove from Riverside to Huntington Beach to assess the situation, provide a solution, and ultimately decided to remediate another company's mistakes free of charge even though the house was out of warranty. WOW.

You can tell a lot about Eric's character by his choice not to tell me that he drove from Riverside in stop-and-go traffic and arrived on time to fix my problem. I only found out by asking one of his employees where the company is located and connected the dots about Eric's efforts and commute. He was at my house for 30 minutes even though his drive round trip was over 2 hours. Nikko, his employee who originally heard my issue, was able to communicate to Eric what the problem was and was genuinely vested in my problem, showing the same concern as I felt. Empathy is rarely experienced by vendors and contractors when something is wrong.

After the visit, he contacted me promptly. He gave me a reasonable lead time for material procurement and installation remediation.

I recommend 20/20 for your plumbing and leak assessment needs. Ignore the majority of these negative reviews. They are written by people who were not customers but were part of a bandwagon of a single negative review made by an influencer company.

I would be seriously concerned about using these people, if you are a business, in a public setting. I got to see today, the entire company outside, mob attacking a photographer! I'm just saying, that if I wanted good attention at my store, and somebody wanted to post me on Facebook b or Twitter; the last thing I would want is them being surrounded and attacked by a lynch mob working on my ducting...

Awful behavior by the employees. Threatening, harassing, even attacking the public if you happen to wander down the public street in front of their business. Came out like thugs in order to intimidate law abiding citizens. Unbelievable behavior and it was all allowed and even encouraged by supervisors and higher ups. Avoid this place, if you want upstanding people doing work in your business or homes.

Terrible business, they enjoy running up on people in groups thinking they are tough while their manager let's it happen. If you don't want to be assaulted don't go near this place let alone hire them.

That Youtube video spoke volumes about this company. A company with management that has all its employees stop working to gang up one person exercising his constitutionally protected right is pathetic. More interested in a small guy on the sidewalk with a camera than making your business thrive. This joke company needs a %100 full makeover.

Just saw a first amendment and by a local journalist and the way your company and employees handled the event was very disgraceful. Your employees and their actions reflect your company's reputation especially when their assaulting journalist who standing on public grounds. This is America and the Constitution is law.

I've come across this company on the road and for some reason always have an issue with their distracted drivers. Funny enough on Youtube I find this company again. Now they are threatening, harassing and physically assaulting a member of our community when he was only exercising a constitutionally protected RIGHT. Mind you, this is all happening in front of management. I'd take my business to a company who actually cares for its customers and the community it serves.

Juan Carlos came to help us with a compressor issue on a new AC unit. The first compressor was an issue, and he quickly got a replacement unit and came back out to take care of it. Top Notch service and expertise from this gentleman!

I looks like the lady in the gang of employees attacking a guy with a camera doing nothing wrong. I would not let them in my house after seeing how they act.
