First class Plumbing acts like their name in a Fist Class manner. I’m impressed with their speed and quality of job replacing my water heater more important than that is that they do it when promise it. They are honorable.

This company is by far the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with! Each member of the team who worked on our house was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, personable and genuinely kind. To list all of the employeees who helped would be hard but a special shoutout to Danny, Manny and Trent!

We had an unexpected plumbing problem at 2pm on a Saturday. First Class Plumbing was very responsible, got to us quickly, kept in excellent contact via text message, and did a fabulous job ! Both of their team assigned to us were well mannered and delightful to work with. I’d highly recommend First Class Plumbing.

I installed a mini split by myself last week & I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t heating I called First Class & they sent out Nick Valdez same day he helped me figure out my ELECTRICAL issue with my mini split… he told me I needed 220v when I was only getting 120v even though it was electrical he stuck around instead of leaving & helped me figure it out with a good attitude the whole time… thanks First Class I will recommend to neighbors, family & friends

Kaileb and Nick came out to our house at 9:30pm, quickly after we called. They were professional and courteous and best of all they fixed our plumbing issue. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, I would recommend them to anyone.

Great work . Service was timely and the crew was super communicative and friendly. Aaron was awesome and provided helpful information and repairs were done well. Would hire them for work again and recommend to others with plumbing needs.

Same day service. Bryan explained everything and did a great job. Cleaned up, you’d never know he was here - except for the thankfully free running drains! Will definitely recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Nick was great. Very personal and a pleasant man. When Kialeb arrived he was just like Nick. Professional and warm to talk to. Toy can tell they have been In each others lives. They are both great.

Everything was good. No pressure. No talking to us like we’re children. They even waited about 15 min for my Brother to arrive and then went through the process again.
I’d recommend them to anyone.
Not a Complaint, just wanted you to know the screws that connect the toiled to the floor is pretty shabby. It’s missing the covers and the screws are too long. Looks bent. The 2nd toilet looks good.

The best experience from First Class. Alfred, Aaron and William were the nicest guys. They did a large amount of work to our home after a pipe collapse. The entire place needed new plumbing and they made it a mission to get it done in just a couple of days. They worked around the clock and completed the job wonderfully. We highly recommend this company!

First Class Plumbing & AC truly lives up to its name. We had a residential water main/irrigation leak that could have turned into a major disaster, but Alfred, Matt, and Edgar handled everything with professionalism and urgency. From the moment they arrived, they were thorough in diagnosing the issue and clearly explained the repair plan in a way that was easy to understand. Their teamwork was impressive—efficient, respectful of our property, and incredibly detail-oriented. They worked diligently, kept the area clean, and ensured everything was fully tested before leaving. It’s rare to find people this knowledgeable and customer-focused. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Reasonable cost and fast work. Day 1 - open drywall, repipe, install TWH and Halo Filter, leak test and 2 repairs. Day 2 - drywall replace and repair, no paint.

Disappointed with:
- TWH hot exit pipe, off horizontal level by 1/2”, causing concern for appearance, form, fit, durability and function, especially by not being square with vertical up and down fittings
- TWH hot drain pipe not having bottom exit end secured with risk of accidental bending
- HVAC concentrate Ptrap (self corrected) blocking air handler filter from being pulled open for cleaning
- Shower single valve for heat control, yet no volume control for uncomfortably high pressure
- Disposal not functioning due to power cord put in wrong receptacle, disposal actuator power cord not plugged in, and random placement preventing spray cleaner flex tube from being fully extended

Good craftsmen, too much focus on delivery.

yesterday, my husband and i came home to find our basement flooded because the hot water heater stopped working. we were really stressed out and didn't know what to do. after calling a few plumbers with no luck, we finally reached out to owen & sons plumbing & hvac. levi showed up at our house in about 15 minutes and got right to work. he was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed everything so fast. now our plumbing is working great again, just in time for our big family get-together. we are so grateful for the quick response and excellent service. we will definitely call again for any future plumbing problems!

This is the fourth time I’ve called these plumbers out since moving to Riverside, and they’ve quickly become my go-to for all things plumbing. Every visit has been professional, and Jay always takes a moment to check out my older pipes and give me helpful advice on what to watch for down the road. I honestly don’t see how anyone could have a bad experience with this team. They’ve handled everything for me, from emergency leaks to regular repairs, new fixture installations, and even fixing a bad solder job left behind by another plumber during a kitchen sink install. Every time, they treated me with respect, did quality work, and explained what they were doing so I could understand my plumbing better. The job always gets done right with no hidden surprises, and I appreciate getting a clear, itemized breakdown at the end. This is hands down the best and most reliable plumbing service I’ve used.

Owen & Sons Plumbing & HVAC is a company that offers excellent customer service and skilled plumbers. I called and explained my plumbing problem, and Scott quickly figured out what was wrong just from my description. He clearly explained what needed fixing, gave me a fair quote, and found a time to come out quickly since the leak was causing water damage inside my Riverside home. The plumbers were professional and worked efficiently, finishing the repairs within the time they promised. They were polite the whole time and left the area cleaner than I expected. I highly recommend them for their plumbing skills and professionalism.
