Well, where do I start!!! I was referred to them by a friend and when I called they responded immediately. They gave me a timeline and step-by-step scope of work. Hands down their communication skills are the best. Last, I did feel like they were telling me the truth of what the price was going to be and they stuck to it. I am making them my go to Plumbers for all my plumbing problems.

This was a big job, at least for us it was. Randy, the field supervisor, came out with his assistant Edgar. We had drains that would continually clog up. They did a video inspection and found roots clogging our master shower drain and the laundry drain also. In past years we had slab leaks from faulty workmanship when the house was built. So we had First Class do a whole house repipe.

The whole process took several days. At one point there were probably a dozen people on the job. Randy choreographed the workers so that they got the job done with the least inconvenience to us. There were workers repairing the drains while the repipe job was taking place at the same time.

All the workers were courteous and respectful of our home. They did an excellent job of noise and dust management. Every one of their workers was competent and knew exactly what was expected of them. We didn’t see one idle person during the project. I wish we could remember all their names to thank each one. Everyone in the drain repair crew, the repipe crew and drywall crew did an excellent job. Many thanks to all of them.

He continued to check to make sure the problem was fixed while explaining to me in detail what and why he was doing. William was very efficient and got here earlier than expected. Checked everything under the sink to see if everything was connected and the batteries were working. However, what we both decided was to disconnect totally the touch sensor and just use the kitchen faucet manually. It works wonderful. The water is flowing great. William was very professional friendly and got the job done and I thank him very much.

All pro wanted to scam my grandmother for over 20,000 for a complete replumb. I called first class they showed up on time, were professional, quoted 1800 to fix the broken pipe, add a cleanout and unclog the pipe. Very honest and direct. My wife and I had discovered that our water bill had tripled in one month, which we had experienced 5 years earlier from a water leak. I was familiar with the name of First Class Plumbing from their truck logo. I called them, and they were amazingly at my door within an hour and half. They quickly diagnosed that I had a severe slab leak. They thoroughly explained our opinions, which we felt extremely informed to make a knowledgeable decision. We decided that a repipe was the best choice for us. Amazingly First Class Plumbing completed the entire job, including drywall, in only 2 days. My wife and I have already recommended them to friends, and we will continue to do so.
