Kind of surprised by the reviews online and sad to see but can say this is not the quality of service we have received on multiple instances. Christian has been and is such a solid manager who came out and was very transparent and helped out more than 4-5 times and each time was a great display quality care and professionalism.
Appreciate the service and communication he has every team he comes to help out. Thank you Christian!

Company employees caught on video assaulting man for standing on public sidewalk. Apparently they hate our constitutional rights.

Amazing experience with 20/20 HVAC Service team! Rudy was out and installed halo LED lights. He was very professional and efficient. furthermore, he completed the job in a very timely manner and provided me with excellent customer service!

The technicians were a bit delayed with communication and coming out for a quote, but once the ball was rolling i was very happy with their services. I had my a/c, heating and ducting fully replaced and they were done same day. It works great and they left their workplaces cleaner than they found it!

The majority of the negative reviews on here have nothing to do with their services (it all seems to be related to a singular technician getting into an argument in front of a crowd so they slandered the business. Nothing to do with their a/c and heating)

Worst company to have come to your home! They dont like what you say or do they throw things at you and promote violence

We purchased our brand new Lennar home just over a year ago and unfortunately our AC compressor went out. Our builder was very unhelpful, as we were just past the 1 year warranty, but they referred us to 20/20 (the installing company). We spoke with the manager, Rudy, who was very sympathetic to our situation and did his best to help us right away. He expedited our new compressor and did what he could to get us a fair price for the labor since only parts were under warranty. We received another quote from a local company that was twice as much as 20/20’s quote.

The tech came out on the scheduled date and within the scheduled time frame. He was very professional and made sure to answer all of our questions. He also made sure our AC was running correctly once he was done.

While this wasn’t an ideal situation for us to be in, we appreciated the honesty and professionalism we encountered in working with Rudy and the rest of the team at 20/20.

They fixed a leak and replaced drywall rather quickly, technicians were good guys. The appointment setter was respectful as well.

incredibly unprofessional company. There was a guy filming legally from a public sidewalk and they brought what seemed like the whole company out and let their employees harass and attack the man because they didn't like him filming. I would hope those employees got fired for that unprofessional behavior but I bet they didn't even get a talking to

Reached out to 20/20 for a plumbing issue that came about due to a poorly designed valve(manufacture defect). Matt and Eddie understood the issue and resolved it in a timely manner. 20/20 showed me that they want to serve their customer to the best of their abilities. Clear communication and an issue that was fixed in a timely manner. Appreciate the help 20/20

Your staff was stellar in workmanship and professionalism. We had a fairly large job (in our eyes) that required 4-5 people working at a time for a slab leak. Every engagement with any team member was polite and friendly. I can't express how thankful we are for them to resolve a major leak while always being so kind and courteous. Our family is thrilled to have hot water again!

Randy explained what was going on with my water leak and what was confirmed by the city of Corona. I was given several options on how to fix the problem. I picked what I felt my best solution to repair my main water leak and work was started the very next morning. Work was completed at the end of day. They came back the next morning to check out the work end everything checked out perfect.

I am very happy with my a technician. He was knowledgeable and walked me through the steps.It took to repair my leak. If my neighbors need a plumber, I will definitely tell them about my experience with first class plumbing and AC. Thank you

Both toilets and showers in my house were backing up so we knew we had too call a plumber. We called first class and Justin was sent. He was able too inform us that the issues is starting out in the front yard which is causing everything too backup. We had too hydro jet out the roots and get a spot repair done. Great price amazing service.

Ricki & Manuel were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond what I expected. They discussed my options without trying to pressure me into buying. Great guys!

They do great work and are proactive in reaching out to get work done and scheduled. William is very honest and forthcoming, and did a thorough job explaining all options and relevant pros and cons. Would recommend this company 100%.

Worked with First Class Plumbing & AC before and received good service, requested Justin and as expected the job he did was excellent, always teaching, explaining what he was doing. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would and this starts from their office, the lady that answered my initial call was very sympathetic and accommodating. They texted me letting me know when to expect them and they came on time, actually a few minutes before time. I would definitely call them again.
