John did an excellent job of installing a new water heater for us. The plumbing had to be changed a bit and an overflow tank installed with the new plumbing very neat and clean.

He communicated well, explained well, and listened well. Service to my greatest satisfaction. He was very patient thoughout the installation process.

After my brief yard works, I went inside. He stopped briefly and told me I had a dried tiny flowers on top of my head. His concern was not only his work, but personalized his service. He is a gentleman, not only his best technical skills. Thankful and Grateful he was the installer.

A next day appointmtent like I wanted was available, and Alexis arrived as scheduled to start work. He ensured it was wasn't a gas problem or isolated pipe problem causing the lack of hot water.
He was able to replace the tank, along with recommendations becuase it is an older house (older pipes). So far so good with hot water and no leaks.

Marcus did a great job installing our new water heater. He explained all the processes thoroughly and did exactly what we needed.

It's never a good day when you have a major appliance expense but i can say, working with Water Heaters Only, specifically Alex Garcia made the experience stress-free. My experience with water heaters only was amazing. They came out same day on a holiday and didn’t charge extra. My technician Marcus showed up on time and explained every step of the process. He worked hard and you could tell, took pride in his work. The company was upfront about the pricing and even help me get the permit that was required. Based on the experience I had, I would absolutely recommend hot water heaters only to anyone that needs to repair or replace their water heater.

The technician did a very good job of the installation of the water heater, he explained the process and what he needed to do to get it done correctly, very informative. It took about 3.5 hours to remove the old and replaced with new. The reason I gave the review a 4 star, the replacement cost is higher than competitors but that is understandable because of same day service. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.

When I called, the person answering the telephone provided quite a bit of information, was very courteous and scheduled us quickly.
