Extremely pleased. They were out within a couple hours of calling them and put a brand new water heater in quickly, perfectly, within three hours of initially contacting them and they were the best price after calling four different companies. Highly recommended.

We called for service on clogged main line Saturday at 4pm. I was told their first available time was Monday at 10am. 20 minutes later, a woman from Jim and Sons called and said they could respond today, within an hour. They came and removed the roots clogging the drain, ran a camera revealing more roots growing and scheduled another service to remove residual roots. All by 6:30 pm. Thank you Jim and Sons

We had a great experience with Jim and Sons Plumbing! Aaron came out to help us with a clogged bathroom drain, and he did an excellent job. He was very friendly, professional, and made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly when he was finished. It’s not always easy finding someone you can trust, but Aaron really went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be calling Jim and Sons again for any future plumbing needs!

We called at 12:44. Daniel arrived around 1:30, cleared the issue with our drain, and was out by 2:10. By far the best plumbing service we’ve had come to the house. We will be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

This company was amazing, very attentive and on time. Very professional, I followed up with them for a 2nd consult and they took very good care of me. From the phone call reception to the people that came out to the job site. Would 1000% recommend.

Our spigot sprung a leak while we were attempting to replace the hose. Cory arrived within the hour and got to work immediately! I am so impressed by their responsiveness, speed, and quality of work. Price was very fair too. The first company I called couldn’t get to me until the next morning. I highly recommend this company. They are who I will be calling from now on.

I had multiple leaks on my house's incoming water line between the water meter and house connection which is quite a long distance and the line runs under a large lawn of artificial grass. I was very concerned that the plumber was going to dig out the artificial grass. Steve and Chris from Jim & Son Plumbing & Rooter were able to pass a new water line under the artificial grass without damaging it. I am glad I called this company. Nat

Aaron did a great job cleaning out the drain pipes from a blockage. He blasted the thick hard grease from decades of buildup out and down the main pipes to the street. Then he scoped once more to make sure it was clear. It was. Jim and Sons plumbing has never let us down. I highly recommend them!!

The team in this business is very responsive and helpful. Most places won’t give you a rough estimate over the phone, they want to come to your house and charge you way more. Jim and Sons have a reasonable price. My plumber was very personable and did a neat and clean job. I would highly recommend this business.

First off I'll start by saying I highly recommend Jim and sons plumbing. On October 31, in moreno valley, I had them come check out a small pool of water near my front door. After having multiple people come look at it, they were just confused as to where it was coming from. Jim and sons plumbing came to check it out and instantly knew what to do. Turns out it was a slow leak coming from the main line. They got the job done RIGHT and in a timely manner. Stephen and his partner were very friendly and courteous and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I highly recommend Jim and Sons! We have used them several times now for our building and they are always quick to respond and the pricing beat all of their competitors. Excellent service from Angie, Steven, and Cory. They get in and out and do honest work.

These guys are amazing and do great work. Steve and Chris gave out to my house the morning when I called about a slab leak. They found the problem, got me going with a temporary fix and Aaron and Chris gave back the next morning to finish the job. Steve called me back to give me advice on what his experience was with insurance claims on this type of leak. Everything was up front on what they did. Definitely appreciate their work.

I've used Jim & Sons Plumbing a couple of times and they have been awesome. Had Aaron come out today to fix my garbage disposal, and he was super honest about the problem. I thought it had to be replaced, but he showed me that it just needed to be reset. Saved me some money and made me a customer for life. Stephen and Chris were awesome. They got here this morning early to identify the problem and worked until the problem was resolved. Communication was great and the team was very professional. They found the water line that had the issue and capped it off. Then replaced it with a new line. All the work was done neatly and cleanly. They cleaned up after themselves as well. They take pride in their work. Would definately recommend them to anyone needing service. A+ work.

Cory is honest, fair, skilled, and fast - everything I need in a plumber. That's why I've called him twice in the last two years for our various plumbing needs.
By contrast, a rep. from Service Champions tried to sell me tens of thousands of dollars in repairs that, as Cory quickly determined, were completely unnecessary. There are many unethical business practices in the plumbing industry, so it's nice to be able to rely on someone with good, old-fashioned integrity.

Daniel was polite , quick and efficient. Offered to come early as well. Explained things thoroughly. I feel the labor price was slightly high , but that was out of his control. First time customer.

Jim & Sons Plumbing went way above and beyond for us on what turned into a massive gas and water project.

We originally called because the gas company said we had a major leak somewhere between the meter and the house. Stephen and Chris came out, explained the leak detection process clearly, and quickly realized our system couldn’t even be properly isolated because there were no valves. He installed new valves, methodically tested each section, found multiple issues (including a leaking generator line and a severely compromised underground main), and discovered that our existing 2" “gas” line was actually unsafe yellow PVC with PVC couplings.

Instead of just patching one spot, he recommended and then completed a full replacement of ~165 ft of gas main using pipe bursting, installed new risers, and made sure everything was done to current code. Along the way he also uncovered three separate water main leaks, repaired them, and got our water service restored.

The part that really impressed me was his commitment to seeing it through. The day before Thanksgiving, he coordinated with the gas company, stayed late into the evening to be there for the re-light, and then went even further: one of our water heaters wouldn’t fire, so he diagnosed a bad gas control valve, replaced it, and installed a new thermocouple and heat sensor so we’d have hot water everywhere for the holiday. He kept us updated with photos and videos and was always calm, professional, and safety-focused, even when things got complicated.

We now have a brand-new, code-compliant gas main, repaired water lines, two working water heaters, and a much safer system overall. I’d absolutely recommend Jim & Sons Plumbing for any serious gas or water work — they don’t just “get it done,” they make sure it’s done right.

Stephen and the team did an amazing job. They were honest and informational, letting me know that albeit a little more expensive, the hydro cleaning option was a better option since we kept having repeat issues with our drain lines backing up. They were ready with the right equipment the very next day, punctual and prepared. They were very personable and professional while working and quickly resolved our issues, and kept everything neat and cleaned up amazingly well afterwards. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for all plumbing services in the future.
