We've been customers of Diamond House Plumbing for over two years since moving to the area, and they've consistently been reliable. We've reached out a couple of times for service on our water boiler, and each time they've been prompt and professional. Today, Joshua quickly identified and fixed the issue, clearly explained the possible causes, and completed the job efficiently.

We called Diamond House Plumbing to repair a leaky shower head. Jeff came out and determined that the issue was with the shower valve/cartridge and explained a couple of possible options to rectify the situation. We decided to replace the valve with the same model and Jeff promptly ordered the part. He contacted us as soon as the part was in to arrange a time to install it. Jeff is very patient, personable and professional and we would definitely recommend him and Diamond House Construction and Plumbing for excellent, hassle free service.

Excellent service. Arrived on time and did a great job pumping our septic. The office was very friendly and helpful. And I must say that through all my research, diamond plumbing was by far the most reasonably priced. Hundreds of dollars less than the competition!

Due to my circumstances, I had to change my appointment day twice. They ended up doing the job sooner than the original date, on short notice. Luis gave me 3 options and did a good job. Installed my new toilet and replaced the closet flange bolts.

diamond house has an excellent job our bathroom remodeling project. Thêy were responsive quickly with a phone call yesterday and today they showed up and did it at a fair price. Love it. Andrew is very nice and professional as well. I highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone in the community.

Had diamond house out to give a quote for our sewer lift station to be replaced they gave a great quote and they started the work on the lift station a couple weeks later I just wanted to say they do great work with all the issue that arose from the 50 plus year old lift these guys Damian, Fabian and Jordan didn't stop with sewage going everywhere they worked through it all got the job done they are really great at what they do I just

This is the place to go for your septic and plumbing needs! This team is exceptional! Joshua is so easy to work with- honest and receptive to any questions I had along the way. Damian was there to start the project every day before his start time- I appreciated this so I could ask any questions for the day before I would leave for work- Joe and his team did our concrete as we had to tear out the entire driveway to get to our leach pit which needed replacing! These guys do the work that needs to be done even if starts to get dark! Everyone I met was kind- introduced themselves- always up for a quick handshake ! The office team is so efficient and helpful! If u want a loyal and professional group look no further! I would give them double stars if I could!

Horrible experience with Diamond house had a pipe collapse and flood in the house. Diamond house came charged us $20,000 to put a new pipe throughout the house and told us to file a claim through our insurance for a kitchen remodel also $20,000 promised us everything and delivered absolutely nothing poor quality work Was told it would take less than a month. It took four didn’t get the countertops we wanted. At every stage was asked for more money recently had the gas company show up at our house telling us we had a gas leak. Come to find out Diamond house use the wrong when install installing the stove and it was leaking gas throughout the house when I told Josh from Diamond house he said he would pay to have it fixed but no apology. Nothing please do not go with Diamond house they love to brag about their Google rating but if you do a better search and look at Angie’s list or other sites, they have horrible reviews.

After posting this review Josh contacted me cussed me out, called me a dirtbag and every other cuss word under the sun, great contractor and a great man of God

I have called Jim & Sons and couple times this past month for issues at a couple properties I manage. I can't say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable they have been. Aaron has communicated with me on each issue and gone above and beyond with troubleshooting and trying to find the source of the leaks. I will continue to use them.

Needed some help removing and replacing a bathroom toilet flange. I called Jim and Son’s Plumbing and after providing a prompt and reasonable price estimate Corey came out to perform the work. I will definitely be calling these professional, certified plumbing experts in the future, when needed.

Was leaving for work in the morning and on entering the garage smelled something then saw one of the two pipes off the top of the water heater had sprung a leak and was fixing to flood the garage. Shut the water off and after a quick search found Jim & Sons. After a quick call to Stephen at Jim & Sons they were on their way. Problem solved immediately. Cory was awesome. Price was great. Love these guys.

True professionals. Stephen was my technician. My house was leaking water from the shower and 3 faucets. HE explained how the previous water pressure setting being high damaged faucet washers. He replaced all faucets as needed and even cleared sinks that were draining slow. No more constant drips or bowls of water all in one day and same visit. Truly grateful for their service. Thank You!!
