AAP has been there for me for all my plumbing needs for years. Emergency and otherwise. They aren't the cheapest service. But they have always sent me people who come with lots of knowledge and experience and when the job is done, I feel satisfied that it has been done right. My latest issue, a busted water heater, was handled by David H. & Dylan very professionally. They even had to create a temporary set up for the tank so other crews can work on the damage. They made sure to get it right so that we could function in our home during the course of the clean up. They even, and without hesitation, got another water heater tank, when the first one arrived with a couple minor dents that I believe others would have just let slide by. Little things like that go a long way. They completely back their work. And of course, their 24/7 availability is great when it's an emergency.

I had a very positive experience with this company. Anthony was the first person to respond to my request for help (which was early on a Sunday morning). He said that he would come within the hour, and he promptly arrived at my house and assessed the situation. Even though it was a Sunday, he told me that he would take care of my leaking pipe--which was a MAJOR project--on that very day. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Out the gate the team at AAP was simply remarkable! On the phone, Arie was very quick, helpful, prompt and attentive. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and best of all, service was scheduled within minutes. Steve, the technichian, was at my door 45 minutes later. Steve was a great in his own right. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He got the job done quickly and made it look easy! Thank you team AAP, you truly saved my Sunday.

Our water heater was installed back in 2016 and recently started to fail due to a faulty flammable vapor sensor. Since the unit was a little over 6 years old, we made the decision to replace the entire unit with a tankless water heater - solution was recommended by Elijah A from AAP. He came out our house, inspected the current setup, and was able to put in a work order to install the new one in under 3 days (due to the weekend). Elijah worked tirelessly throughout the day on June 21st, 2022 in our hot garage in almost 100 degree weather, and was able to complete the installation without any issues. He even saved us some money by using the existing venting solution and made minimal cuts in the drywall. Elijah did an amazing job, was extremely friendly, professional, and honest with his recommendations. He went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate his efforts! We would definitely call AAP and ask for Elijah for all future plumbing issues.

I had an emergency leak and contacted AAP like we always do. Carlos showed up very quickly and found the leak and repaired it saving us from further damage to our home. We have used AAP several times before and have found them to be honest and fair with their pricing. Michael did an awesome job at checking for a leak. He was professional and thorough with checking the whole house. Although we did not have a leak, a senior tech was brought out the next morning to double check everything. They were both very informative and I would definitely call them again if needed.

Carlos and Ceasar were the coolest dudes! They were very patient with all my questions and answered them in great detail. They were very respectful and easy to have a conversation with. This is the third time I've had work done by AAP and have never been dissatisfied. AAP will always be my first and only company I call for my plumbing needs.

AAP very polite and friendly to deal with. They kept in contact with me to keep me informed as to the schedule and expected arrival time of the technician Luis, who arrived within the expected arrival window. Luis was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process that he was going to be using on our drains. The work was done in a quick manner and within the estimated time frame. I would definitely reccomend them to my friends and would call on them regarding any other plumbing issues.

Me and my wife just bought our first home. David and Dylan (and Issac) completed an extreme overhaul of our plumbing in an extremely short amount of time. I highly admire their work ethic, attention to detail and wonderful customer service. At the end of all the work, they took the time to educate me and my wife on all the upgrades/changes that were made and proper maintenance. I feel very fortunate for the service AAP provided. Highly recommended!

AAP Home Services again gave me quality service at a reasonable price. My 60 year old home had a severe scale build-up in the shower drain's cast iron pipe that required a complete rebuild of the drain to the sewer tee. Journeyman plumber Michael Alcantar of AAP came out to snake the drain. He first tried to snake from the drain itself, then from the roof, and despite his best efforts, was unsuccessful in clearing the blockage. The scale blockage (which looked like concrete in the drain to me) could not be unblocked.

Michael gave me a couple of options to fix the drain which included hydrojetting the line, or drain pipe and shower replacement. As the shower was in bad shape anyway, I opted for the complete drain and shower replacement.

While the cost was substantial, I found it to be reasonable given the amount of time and work it took to complete. Michael's work was outstanding, despite it's difficulty. Michael had to jackhammer through the original 60-year old foundation, and dig, dig, dig the old cast iron drain pipe out of the ground and replace it with the new drainpipe. Then he rebuilt the shower stall. This included laying the base of the shower over the now filled in ground where the foundation was jackhammered, and assembling the new fiberglass shower stall. He also had to rebuild the incoming water pipes and do what looked to me like expert carpentry to provide support for the new shower stall. It also required some drywall installation above the newly built shower stall. Finally, a new faucet was installed to complete the task.

The job took about three days. I marvel now at the finished product.

Michael did have just a bit of help (thanks also to Chris and Alex, as well as Carlos, all of AAP Home Services), but Michael was there during the entire project, and did the majority of the work. I would say that he completed the job, mostly by himself. I could tell that Michael takes great pride in his work. He worked hard throughout each day he was at my home, and even stayed very late on the last day as the project was nearly finished

At the end of the job, Michael took the time and effort to clean up thoroughly, and my bathroom looked wonderful again.

Michael's retrofit work on my shower to fix the drain which was just not draining properly, was done expertly and as quickly as possible.

This is the fourth major plumbing job I have had done on my 60 year old home by AAP Home Services. They always solve my plumbing issues with a minimum of fuss and at very reasonable prices. I will always call AAP Home Services when I have plumbing issues at my home.

Wanted to give a shout out to our service tech Martin.
We had a problem with our shower faucet for our condo. We used Home Advisor and they got us in touch with AAP. Martin came out and went over our situation and clearly explained some options we had for fixing the problem.
He came back out the next morning just as we had set up and repaired the problem as we requested.
Martin was really great to work with and we really appreciate the time he took to explain everything to us. He did a great job and we are very pleased with his work.

AAP Home Services has done a splendid job on our plumbing issue in our home. Michael was professional and very thorough in his work. The price was very competitive but the professionalism and quality of work was just outstanding. I will use them for any plumbing work we need and so should everyone else. Fast response as well to our request. Within 24 hours the work was completed and our plumbing issue was fixed.

I scheduled to have a quote for a water softener system to be installed. I put out a request on Anji and within a minute AAP Home Services called me back. The operator was very helpful and scheduled my service for a window to open in less than an hour, between 12 & 2. The technician was here at 12:15. Martin was very professional and listened to my concerns. He then told me what he thought the problem was and gave me a price quote. He also discussed what the worst case scenario would be, but told me we could discuss again it the first option didn’t work. Luckily the first option worked and he was done very quickly. My husband had tried several techniques prior to us calling for help. Martin explained what the tools we had were best for. His professionalism was VERY much appreciated. I highly recommend this company and this technician. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if we have a plumbing issue.

Ali showed up and was nothing but helpful, professional, and experienced. He caught a serious issue for us and stayed hours later to help us with roots in our main line. Would recommend!

The plumbers came to my house and not only did they install the Moen flow device for me, but they did a very good job with cleaning up and they were also on time. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family, and I am planning on using them again.
