I needed a plumber on Mother’s Day and after so many failed attempts, Roto Rooter immediately responded, scheduled a service and was at my place in a couple hours. Every person I came into contact with was professional, caring and made things so easy! So grateful to have a go-to service when I need!

Our plumber Mike took the time to thoroughly explain in detail not only the steps to long term care of our pipes but also-and without hesitation- took us through the steps we needed so that we could be more self- reliant even if it meant less calls to them for service. I had a plumbing issue and called my regular plumber and they strung me along for 2 days finally admitting they couldn't fix it. I called Roto-Rooter and they came out immediately and resolved my plumbing problem. They came back the following day and using a camera checked to make sure everything was resolved. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter the next time I need a plumber.

We just received excellent service from Michael from Roto Rooter today! We woke up to a clogged kitchen sink this morning, and Michael was kind enough to come immediately on a Saturday morning, and with a smile too. We are so grateful for such speedy and excellent service. Thank you, Michael! You RULE! :)

Had a backup in my main line and called one company and before doing anything they wanted to up sell with expensive hydro jet and said couldn't get my clog from outside cleanout, bye bye
Called these guys and first thing Danial said was yeah I can get it through the cleanout and he did, another guy showed up and ran a camera for no xtra charge and offered the hydro jet but wasn't pushy and I declined. Very happy I went with these guys

Only not 5 star because price seems steep for quick a quick visit. But Gabriel was great, and blockages are covered under 6 month warranty.

Initial quote was $800, in under a minute it was $400, after the onsite tech called his boss the price went down again. Horrible business practice. I’m sure you could have completed the job, but your business practice is an insult
