Righty Tighty picked up my call right away, I didnt have to call again and again or leave a message and wait for a call back. It was on a Sunday afternoon. Came just in time to check on the water leak. Justin was the technician, very professional and outstanding. It turned out the problem was on our neighbor’s side. Justin even went over to the neighbor and informed them. That was very thoughtful and kind. I know the neighbors and they were pleased thank thankful for him. The fact that you guys picked up the phone on the weekend, came out to see us within time promised, even went above and beyond to help us out and our neighbor, definitely deserves five stars on customer satisfaction and recommendation. Thank you for your excellent service.

I had a leak from a pipe that I accidentally drilled into, called my former contractor and he got me linked up with Righty Tighty Plumbing. What an amazing job! Super quick and efficient, pleasure to work with very professional and spot on. If you need plumbing work completed correctly and fast, call Righty Tighty, they’ll take care of it quicker than the can say their name.

Second time using this company, this time around jose came out and he is very respectful, clean, and thorough with his work. He ensured my restroom was working properly before just taking off. Would definitely use them again and would request for Jose to come out due to his professionalism.

Our plumbers name was Justin he was very professional nice very personable. Fixed the pipe by our meter within a couple hours. Reasonable price no hidden costs. Everything was told up front. Would definitely recommend and ask for justin.

Danny and Henry did a fantastic job at my place. We had a leak behind a wall. They detected the leak in 5mins and fixed the pipe in a couple hours. Very reasonable pricing as well.

My family has been using ER Block for YEARS for our personal and multi-family properties. They have always gotten the job done perfectly and put 110% effort into each project.
Last Thursday was a prime example of the dedication and intelligence of these men, when a resident accidentally crashed into a fire hydrant causing thousands of gallons of water to fill the streets. Paul got there and immediately started working on a solution. Then James came and to help because none of our solutions were working. Long story short, these two stayed until 8:30 PM in the cold and dark trying to make sure my residents could go the night with water. They ran out of feasible options and had to improvise. Fortunately it worked and the street didn't flood in the middle of the night.
The next day Paul and Ted came out to work on it again to find a more permanent solution. They did, the hydrant is up and working and everyone got their water.
ER Block has always handled every job or project with care and dedication. Many other companies will not go the extra mile, they would have said "sorry the residents will have to go to school and work without any water until tomorrow." You pay for what you get, with ER Block, you are getting the best around. Thank you all so much for your years of hard work and dedication.

I called E R block plumbing because I had a slab leak and asked the dispatcher to send an experienced technician what I got was a kid that had only been on the job for 6 months and even though his own leak detector guy said and pinpointed the leak the tech replaced the wrong line and subsequently said that there was another leak because of his inexperience or dishonesty it ended up costing me another claim and eventually the insurance company dropping my coverage.
I tried to talk to the owner to resolve the issue he said he would but he was just as dishonest and blew me off, now I’m having issues with insurance coverage
And I’m blaming them and their dishonesty for this problem
