So far my experience has not been good. I called yesterday around 5:30 because I had a leak under my sink. But they could not schedule anybody until the following day. I was supposed to have an appointment between 9:30 to 10:30. And I was told they would call before someone came. So I got up early to make sure I could get the phone call but no one called. I called them around a little after 10:30 and was told the plumbers were not available to schedule appointments until 11:30 and someone would call me back in an hour. No one called. I called back around 12:00 and was told someone would call me back in around an hour to schedule an appointment. When I called Sunday night I told the girl in the office that I needed an appointment as early as possible since I could not get one on Sunday because I had an appointment with a social worker at 1:00, with a foster family agency worker at 2:00, and an eye appointment at 4:45. It would have been respectful of my time to call me back around when they said that they would and at least let me know what is going on. I understand things can get backed up but I do not know what's going on if nobody lets me know. I know have somebody coming sometime after 3:00 p.m.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. Richard was on time and very pleasant. My problem was fixed immediately without a hitch. I appreciate the communication and efficiency they provided. Unlike other plumbing companies I have worked with they are definitely the best. The price was as stated and very inexpensive. Upon arrival they did not try to upsell me or suggest additional services that I did not need. They were not out to make a profit they were just out to solve my problem. I will use them for any future Plumbing related issues. I highly recommend!

This company is amazing, first I had to reschedule a couple of time due to health, but it was no problem they understood then when Javier came out he was polite, courteous and respectful he actually took his time and explained what needed to be done what machines he was going to use and how they operated, just amazing. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Everything cost a lot more now a days, but with this type of work ethics this company will be around a long long time.

Called and scheduled an appointment to fix a leaking pipe that connects to my water softener. They were scheduled to come out today. I was told they would call to schedule a time today. The call I received was to let me know that they are not able to repair a leak to the softener they would have replace the whole system. My system is only 2 years old!!! I was not informed of that yesterday when I made the appointment if so I would’ve called around for another plumber. Instead of wasting my time waiting. No one even came out to assess the issue I was just told over the phone I would need to purchase a whole new system. I did call Top Notch plumbing who will be coming out to repair the leak.

Had an emergency on a Sunday evening and in less than 2 hours, we had a technician working on our pipes! Fast and very kind gentleman did the job!

We had to have our water heater replaced on a Sunday. The 2 men who came out to do the work were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Alot of work needed to be done and they managed to get it all done. Would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter.

Outstanding Job David @ Mr. Rooter! Plumbing issues seem to always happen during the most inopportune time and Mr. Rooter responded within the time scheduled. David was absolutely outstanding checking all clean outs and snaking to the street ensuring we were good. David made recommendations for further preventive maintenance and was professional never up selling or rushing the job and the price didn't change from quoted amount.

My water heater broke & flooded my garage. Called & Wallace came out to see what he could do. He assessed everything, told me step by step what would need to be done & started working right away. He was very friendly & personable. He was easy to talk to & it was like we had know him for years. He went above & beyond & it really showed he loves his job. Will definitely call him if we need anything else done.

Matthew was the consummate professional. We had found out that the last guy that made the repair on my upstairs bathtub, did a shoddy job. Matt replaced all the old parts and charged me less the other company supposedly did the fix in 2022.

He also told me that if the mixet valve was still sticky after a week to call dispatch and he would fix or replace any part that wasn't working.

I will be using Mr. Rooter for all my future plumbing issues.

The entire team is committed to customer satisfaction. My problem took two days to solve and Nathan, Raymond, Noelle, George, and Chone (Asençion) were determined to solve the issue. Very professional team from start to finish. I will use them again if needed.

Angel was very professional and did a very nice job of installing my new water heater. He tried to trouble shoot and get my old water heater going again and was successful but the old heater only lasted a couple of more days. Angels work was very clean looking and my new water heater looks and works great. I had another plumbing service come out and they did not even try to get my old heater working? Angel showed that he is a man of integrity to me by not just trying to sell me a new water heater first without troubleshooting my old one. I also was in the progress of doing a home equity loan and they installed my new water heater and allowing me to pay for it a week later after my loan was approved. I am very grateful to Angel and his management team for that and giving me the time without causing any negative outcome on my loan. I will be doing all my plumbing needs with Mr Rooter plumbing moving forward.
