I suspected a leak from a water supply pipe entering my home. The technician who arrived, Justin, assured me that he could detect no leaks. His honesty was more than enough to earn a five-star rating.

On time, reliable, and fair pricing. I had a problem with my area drain, it was completely clogged up from roots, dirt rocks, and toys that my kids had shoved down into the drain covers. Most companies refused to come out and gave me really expensive quote, and would not guarantee their work due to the type of work it was.

Gerardo came out, was fair in his pricing, that realistic expectations, and told me he would know within an hour if he would be able to complete the job or not.

The job ended up being much harder than originally thought, but they were able to pull out several large roots and get my drains, cleaned and clear.

Airtec Heating and Cooling hands down, best customer service I have ever encountered from **** company. *****, our technician, was really thorough in explaining and showing videos of what was wrong and what was fixed. He informed me about preventative care of my 2 AC units. The best pricing I have received to date. I finally found my **** company I can rely on.

The worker who showed up was extremely nice and polite. However, being charged the excessive fee for just putting in one water valve for an ice maker was hard enough. But the work he did was so substandard, It was hard to believe with respect to the charge! I don't know if this would pass an inspection. Question, would I use this company again or recommend them to a friend, NO! Not ever. Look at the pictures you can see how uneven and off center everything is.

Raymond R was our technician for a shower that wasn't draining. He was courteous, professional, and timely. He found several other issues while working and helped us plan how the repairs could be done. I found him to be a talented technician, patient when hearing my concerns, and he should be considered a top-tier representative of Mr. Rooter and the standard for Neighborly company's employees. I look forward to scheduling my future plans to bring my house into the modern era and will be hoping Raymond is my lead technician for these projects.

Raymond showed up promptly and was able to explain what we would need to get our blocked sink fixed and running again. Cleaned up everything afterwards. 2 thumbs up👍👍

The technician listened to my concerns about the reason for the problem. He explained to me what the pressure regulator works with the water softener. He was neat and made sure everything was clean before he left. I also purchased a new 5 year plan since previous one had expired.

Jose and Christian installed new valve under kitchen sink the same day. They were so kind very informative detailed worked fast & honest they're beyond excellent in helping me & my mom

Hector Lopez was great and so was Mr Rooter Plumbing of Riverside. I called at 8am and they had Hector out by 9:40am. Replaced our toilet and even though we bought one that didn’t fit I went and got another new toilet that was the dimensions he said we needed. He installed the second toilet which did fit added a new hose as well. He worked hard and got the work done. Very professional and kept us up with progress. I highly recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing for great service in a timely manner.

I was very satisfied with service I received from Wally at Mr Rooter Plumbing. He very polite and handled himself in a very professional manner. As a Senior he made me feel comfortable and at ease. Explained what the procedure was going to entail and offered 3 different quotes to fit my finances. Left the bathroom drain working like new. Thanks Wally, GREAT job, you’re the best. Would refer him to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Matt was excellent! He’s one of the most honest contractors I’ve come across. He walked me through each issue in detail and explained my options so that I could make an informed decision. He was kind, prompt, and a complete professional from start to finish. He was very professional I’ve had other plumbers in my home and they’ve used foul language this guy was very respectful not one bad word from him at all reminded me of a deacon from my church and with me being disabled he explain I everything he was going to do and did just that he was very clean and he left the jobsite clean like he found it i would use Him again and i would recommend him to my friends and family thank you very much🙏
