It has been longer than I care to admit since I've done a really good cleaning on my house. I was overwhelmed and finally my husband was on board with a deep cleaning. After a little searching I reached out the Aloha Cleaning asking for a quote. Shea responded very quickly and has been very professional in all of his communication. After agreeing to the terms/quoted price, we scheduled a day and time. I had to go into the office that day, but came home to the house smelling and looking amazing......first time in a long time! He was still cleaning when I arrived home, he really put in the time and effort. We were very impressed and are continuing with a monthy service.

I definitely recommend Aloha cleaning service. We recently had a wedding at our home and Shea was kind enough to work me into his schedule in order to accommodate my needs. He arrived as scheduled and was warm and friendly.
His cleaning was outstanding. He was not only thorough and efficient but also was very careful with my fragile items.
I don’t believe I’ve seen my house this clean since we moved in when it was brand new!

Shea is punctual, professional and does such a great job at everything he does in my home. He’s real detail and he takes his time. He goes above and beyond, and does extra. Had Shea & Colton do a deep clean on the house we moved into & they did an amazing job. They explained everything they were going to do, very professional, friendly. thorough, detailed, & our house not only looked amazing it smelled so fresh & clean!! I signed up for Shea to do a move out cleaning. He was quick to respond and pointed out where I could find an estimate on his website. I found his rates to be reasonable. He showed up on time and reviewed what he would be doing. After he was done he asked me to review the work done and gladly touched up on a few spots that were inadvertently missed. I found him to be professional and courteous. The house was cleaned in a very thorough manner. I was very happy with the service! I am glad to recommend him highly.

Mariz helped me through the booking process and Jackelin's team arrived within the scheduled time window to perform a double deep clean on my 3 bed 2 bath house. The process took a little over two hours and they accommodated my requests despite the language barrier. They were very thorough and methodic, and left my house feeling and looking cleaner than it has in the nearly 3 years I've lived in it. Great service!

I am very happy with ALOHA cleaning! Shea and Colton are very friendly and work hard the entire time. They are very passionate about making the house spotless. We were looking for a cleaning company a few years ago after our move to the Roseville area. We reached out to Aloha Cleaning service due to the Hawaiian connection as well as great reviews. We initially had them do a deep cleaning after completing a construction project and were very impressed with the cleaning job they did for us! We asked to see if they could put us on a monthly cleaning service as they had been booked fully but they found an opening so we were happy and took it! Fast forward 3 years later, you couldn’t find a more professional cleaning company as well as Shea and Colton are great guys too! Our house sparkles each month, smells great and they always are sure to clean the kitchen hanging lights which my wife always looks at first! Aloha Cleaning Service has been such a gift! I always look forward to the time that Shea and Colton come to our home and give it some much needed attention. They do such a great job and are so delightful, besides!

I had high high hopes based on all of the reviews, but boy do I sure feel totally robbed. And for the price I definitely expected quality service but I was very wrong.

I was charged $400 for a deep clean that was anything but a deep clean. Basic things were not done, like the microwave was not even touched and trashes were not emptied. Also, the stovetop was still dirty and inside the oven was not completely clean. If these basic things to the naked eye can be quickly spotted, what else isn't clean that I can't easily see is what I would really like to know? I bet quite a bit.

Anyways, I contacted the company about all of this and alls they offered was an apology and to come back in two days or a generous $20 refund. I feel totally duped here and would strongly recommend not using these people at all costs.
