Elsie was very sweet and very helpful! She did a great job on my house. She was very efficient.

Do not use this company. I paid $525 for a "move in and move out" deep clean. We had not moved into our home yet, so the house was vacant when the cleaners were scheduled to come. When we moved in and was excited to see our recently renovated home (lots of construction dust) we realized that the home was NOT cleaned at all. I called Jeanette immediately and asked for a complete refund. I was given the following options: 1. 50% off 2. They would send a cleaner later that evening. Given that the entire house was in complete disarray post construction and we we're actively moving in that day, I agreed to let them come clean my home and make it right. They sent one cleaner for a 3600 square foot home who was ~8 months pregnant. I ended up deep cleaning the entire downstairs of my home, while the pregnant cleaner cleaned part of the upstairs. So, I paid 275 to deep clean 1/2 of my own home. Horrible experience.

This is an edit from my last review. I had some issues with my services and was pretty upset with the worker I was assigned with. The owner reached out shortly after sharing my experience with them and made it right. I’d gladly give these guys a try again because if an owner is taking the time out of his day to make sure his customers are happy, that’s a company I want to do business with.

Taylor did an amazing job. Best cleaner I've hired so far. Listened to everything I said I want done and how I wanted it done. Very friendly. I told her she is the only person I want to clean my house ever again.
