She did a great job in bathroom and kitchen-except she cleaned fridge but forgot freezer. Not that big a deal, it was an easy wipe out.

This service did an apartment move out cleaning. The place looked like it did when I moved in. Even the windows shined. Their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

They did a phenomenal move-out cleaning of my house. They also performed a couple of last minute requests. I highly recommend them!

The cleaner was friendly and polite. She work for 2 hrs. For the price i paid and the work that was done, it os a little over priced for me. She said she was instructed to do a general cleaning and not a deep cleaning. So i received a quick surface cleaning, when what i needed was deep cleaning. What was needed was better communication about what was provided and what i expected. ie. like an online check off list by the cleaner listing what she can clean and allow the customer to check off what they are expecting to have cleaned and some guidance or instruction if needed. For example,she cleaned my oven but it is a self cleaning oven all that is required wad for her to turn it on...

Had an excellent cleaning with Rise and Shine Maid Services. I had a bad experience with another cleaning service that sent someone out and seemed they had never cleaned anything before. I spoke with Sam and he said all their cleaners are experienced and vetted before allowing them to work. They got the house clean faster than expected and communication was excellent.

I really like this company. They came to my brother's Apt. and ladies you know how some men live well his place was times 100 worse. So bad that if he didn't get it together he would be asked to move.
