Its been a few years since we had our carpets cleaned. Janet called Luke @Ultrastream and he sent over a estimate and we scheduled for the following week. Lukc showed up on time and was very professional and detailed oriented. He walked the cleaning area, pre-treated and vacuumed. He then proceeded to cleaning and WOW. You could tell quickly we needed it. He did 3 rooms a small hallway the stairs and area rug under dining room table. What was really great is that the carpets were not wet and there was no left over residue like I have seen in past. We will be using Luke and @Ultrasteam going forward. I read the reviews on Ultra Steam before I used them and read about how nice Luke was. So I went ahead and scheduled and the very next day I had our rug/couch cleaned. Luke showed up on time, was very respectful and explained everything to me. He was very kind and personable and really worked hard on cleaning our couch and rug after our new puppy had some accidents. Will definitely use again!

Right from the get-go I knew this was going to be a service provider easy to work with. Their communication was prompt and easily accessible via mobile phone which allowed me to share photos of our cleaning needs. This provided Ultra Steam the information needed to give me a quick quote and scheduling. The price was perfect and the results were great! Luke was very prompt to arrive on the scheduled date and took precautions to be careful with the newly installed carpet that lay adjacent to the tile he was cleaning. Definitely recommend this company!

Luke was very friendly and arrived as scheduled for the service. I appreciated that he had wall protectors and covers to put down on the main entrance area to avoid scratched and mess. The appointment lasted about the time that was shared upon arrival and the house was left smelling so great. We had some really bad pet stains that I wasn’t sure could be removed and I am happy with the results. Some before and after photos shared.

We live in a place that is not exactly easy to get to--we're right in the middle between Placerville, Auburn, and El Dorado Hills, and no carpet cleaners ever want to come here. When they do, they charge an absolute fortune that felt a lot like extortion.

I knew from my first conversation with Monique that My Dad's would be a different experience. She was delighted to book an appointment for me. Even after I explained that most of my house is hardwood and thus, the carpet I needed cleaned was pretty small, she assured me that they'd be happy to come out. She never once acted like I wasn't worth their time.

When she gave me the estimate, I thought she'd made a mistake--it was easily $150 less than what I'd paid to two other services.

She followed up with an email confirmation, and then called the day before as a reminder. So I was thrilled even before they arrived.

The amazing thing is that I paid My Dad's less, but got double the customer service and triple the clean carpet!

Since the first time My Dad's cleaned my carpet, I've had them here four more times. Every time, it's been a pleasure doing business with them. They don't just "say" they care about their customers--they do.

Last spring, I had them clean all our windows, along with a carpet cleaning. They did an amazing job and everyone commented at how great the windows looked. I'll be doing that again this spring.

I also want to mention that we have a Golden Retriever. Along with the long hair, we've had the occasional stains due to Harley getting sick. My Dad's has been able to deal with stains coming from both ends of my dog.

When Monique and Rich come to my house, I feel like I've invited in the nicest people in the world. They work hard, they produce great results, and they care deeply about making sure you are satisfied.

Integrity, great prices, courteous, organized, professional...and genuinely nice.

You can't go wrong with My Dad's.

(Note: Due to a family emergency, My Dad's had to take a few months off last year. Which meant I had to call another service. They couldn't come close to turning me into a new customer. I really got a chance to compare the quality of the work, customer service, and pricing. All I can say is...Thank God that Rich and Monique are back! They have my business for life!)

I've used a number of carpet cleaning services. It usually seems like they are in a hurry to get in and out. My carpet has been slowly looking worse as more spots accumulated. My Dad's really took their time and did an amazing job. All of the spots and stains are gone.

What a terrific job! From my first email to them to three days after they had cleaned my very old carpets, it has been top notch service. This is the first time that I have been 100% happy with the end results of carpet cleaning. Highly recommend this company. I am continuing to work with them on my grout cleaning and sealing.

Monique and Richard are personable, arrived on time and efficiently cleaned the carpets, area rugs, and steam-cleaned and sealed my tile. The carpets haven't looked this good in a couple of years and the grout and tile floor are amazing. I will definitely call them next time their services are needed.

We have been using My Dad's Cleaning Service for years now. They are professional, dependable and do an excellent job cleaning our carpet. We recently had them clean our 2 living room couches and chair, and they did a beautiful job! I highly recommend their services.

Monique sent a message before arriving on time. She and her husband, partner, cleaned my love seats to perfection. They were courteous, punctual, and worth every penny.

Saw their booth at the WIFFs Yard Sale and spoke with the owner about getting our living room furniture cleaned along with the area rugs. He suggested I send pics of the furniture with dimensions and fabric specs. I did and he provided a detailed estimate that did not change after the work was completed.
We set a date and they gave me a 2-hr window for arrival (I was the afternoon job, so arrival depended upon completion of their morning job). The hit the window and gave me a 10-min heads-up. When they arrived they were very professional (husband/wife team). Looked everything over, told me their approach, and got right to it. It took 4.5 hrs to clean two 3-ft fabric chairs, a 7-ft fabric couch, 12'x9' wool area rug & 3'x9' wool runner rug. They also cleaned 10 throw pillows. Everything looks great!! The colors in the pillows and carpet really "pop" now, and all the stains are gone from the furniture. Highly recommend this business. They are on "The Divide" so a local business.

So, My Sister decided to hire a company to help us out as my wife has been ill with cancer , She hired " My Dad's floor and upholstery cleaning service". Rich and Monique came in and did an outstanding job and i was so pleased with their service i vowed to never use another company again. They were now my go to People for this type of thing !
After my wife passed not long after they were here i asked them to come back and touch up some areas of concern. They showed up in a timely manner and handled my issues without fail so now I must tell you , if you need this type of service please don't hesitate to call Rich and Monique , they are hardworking , wonderful People and you will not regret it.
