Sam is great! If you need any carpet cleaning don’t use anyone else and listen to what he advises, he is extremely knowledgeable and will be honest with you about your situation. He also has a team that can do flooring and repairs. I would absolutely use Sam again and appreciate his professionalism and delivery a great result.

Reached out to Sam via telephone and he was able to coordinate coming over to steam clean our sofa the same day. He was courteous and professional. I considered buying one of the steam machines online and doing it myself but I am glad I called him because it was worth it to pay the professional in my opinion! I can now sit our sofa comfortable knowing it was cleaned well. Will call him again for future needs!

I have had this service come out to my house three different times over the last five years. I also had him clean my mom‘s house in Granite Bay. I did not think it would be possible for him to get rid of the odor that was in my mom‘s house, but he not only cleaned all the floors, he sprayed something on all the walls, in the closets, and even put something in the air duct so when I ran the fan for the next couple days, it made the place smell amazing. He cleaned our entire house yesterday, including all our throw rugs, LVP and white carpets. As usual our house looks amazing after he left. We have lived in the same house since 1994 and I would never use any other floor cleaning service other than Sams. Seriously, he is a family man that will take care of you as if you were his family. Really good guy.

Sam is the definition of a professional. He was flexible with my schedule and was able to help me out with a carpet cleaning within the same week, on a weekend without even charging extra. Sam’s cleaning left my 6 year old carpets looking like brand new and I could not be happier. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommended for your all your floor cleaning needs.

Sam was awesome, he is so personable and knowledgeable. He jumped right on a last minute service for my house. Even came back a couple days later to ensure the clean was perfect. He got all my stains out and did it with a smile. I am General Contractor and work with a lot of trade partners so I know a good one when I meet them. Sam took care of us. First time very happy customer here.... I highly recommend Sam's Carpet Services! Sam is extremely professional and courteous. His attention to detail and respect for your home was simply top notch. He did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and was happy to explain anything we asked about. We had him do 3 bedrooms and a couple 8x10 area rugs, all turned out great. Before getting started he made sure to protect all wall corners his equipment would be near. Great communication, easy scheduling and very fair pricing. He offers a variety of services too, not just cleaning. We discussed a variety of other carpet/tile work I am interested in doing down the road with absolutely NO PRESSURE. After having such bad experiences with large cleaning services, we gave Sam's a try, and they were fantastic. Very prompt in calling after an online inquiry, he gave me detailed info as to how everything would go and approximate cost (he came in below his estimate) and he was great about working me into his schedule. This Day in age, it’s nice to work with a small business That is personal, Professional, And full of heart.. Sam is exactly that, And the epitome of a good businessman. Right off the bat I knew that I wanted Sam to clean my carpets.. He was very detailed on the questions that he was asking in order to Figure out how to quote me.. He didn’t want to overcharge me whatsoever. I hate when you feel like someone is just trying to extract every dime out of you.
We had some bad odors On the carpets from our pets, Not only was he able to remove the odors, but left our carpets gleaming and full new life!!! Hopefully, they are done making messes in our house, but if they aren’t, we will definitely be calling Sam back!!! Super professional, super friendly, And the price point was very competitive. I recently got into an accident to where I broke my back and several other bones, And then I had a tight schedule with physical therapist and therapist showing up throughout the day, He was able to fit us in in between those visits, And adjust his schedule to meet our needs. Sam always does a great job with our carpets. We've been using him for years and he's been a pleasure to work with each time.

When we first moved into our home, we wanted a complete and thorough cleaning. Sam inspected the carpet and suggested that we actually *not* hire him that time, because the carpets were so heavily stained through that a cleaning would only partially resolve the issue. He showed us with a black light the extensive staining and explained that the cleaning would be great for pull out surface stains, but not what had already soaked into the pad.

Despite the recommendation, we still hired him. It turned out better than we expected, but he was ultimately right and we did end up replacing the carpet. If we had listened, we could have saved ourselves some money. Regardless, we've been using him ever since. I think it's a mark of great character to refuse business when it isn't practical and separately, a sign of experience to be able to call it out reliably.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Sam, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He's professional and friendly, start to finish. The carpets look, feel, and smell fresh again! I had a bit of a pet emergency here in Roseville - my dog had an accident on the carpet overnight. Stressed and needing help fast, I called Sam's Carpet Services first thing in the morning. I cannot express how impressed and relieved I am with the entire experience!

Sam was incredibly responsive. After my early morning call, he asked me to text a photo of the area, quickly provided a fair and transparent quote, and - amazingly - was able to come out by noon the same day! That kind of availability for an urgent situation is priceless.

His professionalism started before he even arrived. He texted to confirm his ETA and showed up right on time. From the moment he walked in, it was clear he knew his stuff. He explained his cleaning process clearly and concisely.

Then he just got straight to work. He was:
* Super Efficient: Got the job done quickly without rushing.
* Meticulously Clean: His work area was tidy, and he was careful throughout.

Sam worked with me to arrange a carpet cleaning appointment since I had a limited window of time to get the service done in my home. He was prompt, thorough, and provided explanations of what he was doing before, during, and after. The total cost was more than reasonable given the quality of his work. I definitely would recommend Sam; my carpets look great and it's important to support locally owned businesses.

We have had Sam clean our carpets a couple of times now and have been very happy with the results. We have also had him clean our mother's home twice including helping remove excess moisture from a plumbing leak. We highly recommend Sam and always look forward to working with him.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful – Avoid

Found Sam through the RING app and booked him for carpet cleaning on May 5 at 9:00am. He changed the time twice that morning, eventually arriving at 9:54 AM. I paid $185 (quoted $160) after a one-hour job. He said the carpet could be walked on immediately.

No one was home from 11 AM to 7 PM—verified by security cameras—yet footprints and streaks appeared everywhere, including in rooms no one entered. I sent photos and proof, and Sam agreed to return. When he came back, he was late again, raised his voice at me, called my roommate a liar, and even suggested she climbed through a window. His yelling led me to tear up, and my roommate came out concerned for my safety.

This is a new home with new carpet, and I only got it cleaned before a new tenant moved in. I had Stanley Steemer come after—cheaper, more professional, and the carpet looked much better.

Not just poor service—this was a disturbing and stressful experience. Do not recommend.
