I was searching in the area for a really good carpet clean before moving in my home. What stood out to my husband and I was Ultra Steam’s thorough and detailed website. Luke arrived on time and did an excellent job on the service. Not only is he efficient with his work, but the entire carpet cleaning process got finished in less than 2 hours. He is very professional, polite, and friendly. He even provided shoe covers. Please do me a favor and book a service with him :) I’ll definitely for sure be booking with him again for a maintenance!!

I used this company to clean my carpets twice now and can’t recommend them enough! Super nice and professional! It’s a small business and they treat their customers very well! Super reasonably priced too! It only took about 2 hours for them to do my entire upstairs and it looks literally brand new! They leave little booties incase you need to walk on the carpet before it’s dry! They also have pet stain and odor removal which we used both times and it makes such a difference! If you are local, I highly recommend!

The customer service is fantastic! From when I first called in (she was professional and efficient) and after the cleaning was done. I'm so impressed with how my rugs and mattress look and smell. I plan to do this 2x a year because of the results and how smoothly everything went. I called 4 different places, and this is the only place that responded quickly, gave me quotes within minutes, and didn't pressure me to use their service. Luke is the one who performed the cleaning. He was wonderful. From the moment he arrived, he was warm and personable, explained what he would be doing, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Ultra Steam if want professionalism, good customer service, and transparent pricing.

Shower looks sparkly clean. Glass doors, tile and grout cleaned and sealed. A must 1-2 times a year! Start the new year right with a deep cleaning!
