The very best at carpet restoration not just carpet cleaning for the same price! Cleaned my hardwood floors to look new. Thought you had to sand them to get like this. They are amazing at their craft.

Monique and Richard from My Dad's Cleaning Services were very professional. They were upfront with the actual cost for the service, rather than give us a low quote to get the job, then charge us another, higher price after the work was done.

We work from home and they were very respectful in adjusting their room schedule to accommodate us, letting us know when they would need to get into specific rooms.

The previous owners had large dogs. We also have two smaller dogs and the end result of their work far exceeded our expectations. After completing the job, they had us do a walkthrough to ensure our satisfaction and answered any questions we had.

We had a nasty stain that other carpet cleaning companies attempted to remove only to have it return several days later. Not only did Richard and Monique research the type of carpet we had before the appointment, they took the time to see if they were able to determine what caused the stain to begin with as we had no idea. They showed up ON TIME, they were RESPECTFUL of our home by covering the floors (and their shoes) used to get to the bedroom, GREAT PERSONALITIES, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and REASONABLY PRICED for their services. I can't wait for it to stop raining so that I can welcome them back to take care of our Spring carpet cleaning.

We have been using Dad's Cleaning Services since 2015. They are professional without being cold. Very friendly and comfortable having them in my home. They do outstanding work. My teenage son's carpet was embarrassingly bad. They got all the stains out, well surpassing my expectations. They work hard, efferently, quietly, and thoroughly. We’ve been customers for about 3 years now and have always had a great experience with My Dad’s. They removed 2 “mystery stains” from our carpet on their first visit when they did the whole house. Now, we have them out once or twice a year depending on how much company we have in our home. We get a carpet cleaning + the preventive treatment (not sure what the exact name is) and the carpet really does stay clean longer. The team is professional and always communicates well with us. My Dad's is hands down the best service to use ! I had anxiety about people cleaning up after my pets, but Monique and her Husband are amazing. It looked like a literal body had decayed on my carpet due to pet urine and dirt build up. I will not sugar coat it, they got every bit of stain and smell up, and in an hour and twenty minutes no less . They were sweet, professional and took the time to listen to your needs. Highly recommend using My Dad's upholstery and carpet services, as they will be in my home again in the very near future.

What a great carpet cleaning experience! Richard and Monique were so professional, timely and respectful of my home. I had snags (from cat scratching) that Monique hand trimmed. The carpets were unrecognizable when they were done! Their service costs a little more than others, but you really get what you pay for. I’m really pleased. You won’t regret hiring them!

Thanks to My Dad's, my old carpeting is looking and smelling like new. My upholstery was also cleaned and now has a fresh smell and appearance. My Dad's spent over 4 hours at my house cleaning my carpet and upholstery. They did a thorough job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

This review is long overdue! This family-run company is excellent. I was just thinking I needed to call them again (it's been two years) and realized I hadn't reviewed them. They did an amazing and thorough job. I had bought a new sofa and some rugs. Immediately afterwards, I started to notice that I was coughing more than normal. And I'd get this very slight cold/menthol sensation in the back of my throat whenever I sat on the sofa. It turned out to be the formaldehyde that most new furniture is covered in. Besides being carcinogenic, it was causing the symptoms. I told Dad's about my suspicion. They obviously couldn't promise results on that, but they did say they'd do a thorough job....and BOY did they! They took hours and got every nook and cranny they could. It worked! Will definitely keep using their service. They are honest, hard-working, and thorough.
