Our small family was moving into a home that was new to us, so I looked up Roseville/Rocklin area carpet cleaning companies as those are the towns I'm most familiar with and know they're local enough that they wouldn't have too long of a drive to a job site.

Sam was incredibly professional, explaining all aspects of the job, what it includes, how they can help, and was able to fit me in even sooner than our original appointment after I explained to him my concerns about previous pet odors, and he didn't want us to be living in that smell.

Sam promptly arrived on a Monday for a Free Estimate on carpet cleaning, a few minutes earlier than our appointment time, walked around the home with us to listen to our concerns and identify carpet staining, came prepared with a blacklight to ID pet stains and we found MUCH more than what we were expecting. My family and I chose to remove the carpets, as they were 25 years old (and I read online they deteriorate after 5) and we wanted to research more sanitary, longer lasting options.

Little did we know, this company not only offers carpet cleaning, but when the carpet is unsalvageable, they provide tile, grout, and luxury vinyl plank services! The prices are incredible compared to other installers. We had our 4 upstairs carpets replaced the SAME WEEK that we met; were able to choose the padding, color, and a wide variety of piling/fiber lengths on the carpet to fit our needs. Out with the old carpet, in with the new, in less than 3 hours!!! They did such a great job, we moved forward with the first floor the following week.

They have a great selection of luxury vinyl plank that is 100% waterproof, different colors, plank widths and thickness available. They ripped out the old carpet and tile we had on the 1st floor, cleaned/scraped, primed, moisture barriered, prepped and installed the most beautiful luxury vinyl plank.

We were lucky enough to have Armando and Jorge helping to make our house a home - after arranging all the planks and securing them together, they replaced baseboards, painted them, gave us choices for molding, paid attention to the tiniest details like Armando giving us options to trim around the fireplace so it looks more finished, and Jorge even lined the back of the closet with shoe molding which looks so professional. We couldn't have asked for more!

Their beautiful craftsmanship made us see if they can fix the flooring & baseboards on an upstairs bathroom that had peeling linoleum and swollen baseboards from water splashing out of the tub. They delivered-it looks fantastic! Even put trim under the cabinets where no one would even see unless you're sitting down on the floor to look at them.

The time management of this team is incredible, as they were able to fit in all these huge projects in less than a month and completion before the holidays is unheard of. I'm never going to bother with big box companies when I can support small business who is much more kind, trustworthy, courteous and genuinely happy do an amazing job every single time. I contacted Ultra Steam for a small job, needed a tough stain removed from my carpet. Luke was extremely helpful and informative, let me know what I could expect, any potential issues, etc. they have a minimum trip charge and it was worth it to me to try to get this stain out! Luke and (sorry, Ashley?) arrived today and offered to do the entire section in the already quoted trip charge for my small stain. They were both very kind, helpful and fast! I will definitely keep them in mind if I ever need carpet cleaning services in the future, I’m grateful for their help & hard work!!

Requested a cleaning for our tile shower - needed a thorough grout, door track, and glass cleaning. The final result was a stark difference from the initial condition - most of the white grout was white again, the track was clean, and the glass doors had deposits cleaned off. They also replaced caulk along the door track. We’ve had them do carpet and furniture cleaning in the past, and have always been satisfied with the results.

I was referred to this service from a mutual friend since I’ve been having a hard time maintaining carpets with two hairy dogs who like to play in the backyard.

Luke was quick to respond and quoted me based on my description of the area of the room I wanted done. The dirt and pet stains that had accumulated within 15 months was cleaned within 2 hours.

Alex & Luke came today to clean my apt (in Walnut Creek) @ the exact time that we had scheduled. My carpets were quite stained from my 2 dogs & from just normal wear & tear from just living here. It took them less than an hour & 1/2 & the end results were perfect! I had some tough dog urine stains in one area that I never thought would look & smell good again- what a surprise! Alex & Luke were so incredibly professional & were such a pleasure to meet. Both of them were mvery upbeat & personable. Luke was professional, on-time, explained the details of service and was able to get my carpets on a rental looking amazing. They were very stained with cat urine and other messes. I was really surprised and i did the extra services; well worth it.

Very professional and on time to service our carpets. They did a walk through the home initially with a dry vacuum / addressing & treating stains before using steam vac. Very thorough cleaning and very pleased with the results. They continue to follow up and schedule appointments at the right time to keep the carpets clean …. They do an amazing job every time. Luke came out and cleaned our sectional couch and an area rug. He did a fantastic job and was able to get all the stains out and it looks almost brand new again! He was thorough, professional and punctual. Also, the communication for scheduling the apt was so easy and streamlined. I will be using Ultra Steam for all my future steam cleaning and upholstery needs. I could not recommend them more!

Ultra Steam is the only place I will use from now on. From start to finish the service was incredible. Communication was quick, thorough and friendly through the whole process. We were so distressed when we moved into our new home and saw the appalling state of the tile. Ultra Steam was able to restore about 95% of the grout to the original color. They also deodorized the carpets during cleaning and eliminated the heavy smoke smell that had been lingering. Walking into the home after the service, it was like night and day. I needed our stairs, small hallway and room downstairs cleaned and called for service. They were quick to respond and schedule and great communication with arrival time.

The stairs look great as well as the rest of the areas we had done. They also cleaned some small runners in our hallway and they looked amazing.
