Trevor and his teammate did a great job installing our new HVAC system. They were persistent in overcoming a wire issue to make sure that I was up and running before the end of the day. Additionally, they were knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I would definitely recommend Maverick for your new HVAC!

Robert, the technician from Maverick electrical heating and air was fantastic! When he came in and inspected my electrical box, he let me know that this box was on the verge of fire. He wrote the paperwork up, gave me an estimate which was well below what I thought I was going to be. No problems taking my payment and then scheduled me an appointment for Thursday. 3 July. He said I’m scheduling you for Thursday because I want to do the job. I said thank you so much. Robert showed up at 7:08 on Thursday morning ready to work and by 930 Robert was out the door collecting a couple of signatures and Tell me to have a good day and it was a pleasure working here. Maverick electrical heating and air should feel very blessed to have Robert as one of their technicians! Robert is very professional and he did the job perfectly! I would personally recommend Maverick Electrical heating and air as a company to trust! I also recommend their technician Robert, again he’s very professional and he did an outstanding job replacing my electrical box inside my mobile home. Just to let People know, this is a 1970s dated mobile home and the box that was replaced was its original electrical box. It made Robert work to get it out. Finally, I just want to say thanks to Maverick electrical heating and air and their technician Robert for taking such good care of me my home and the home of my family. God bless one and all.

Star – Abandoned Job, Unsafe Work, Total Waste of Time

This has been one of the worst contractor experiences I’ve ever had.

They delayed the project repeatedly. Electricians were scheduled and simply did not show up with no notice. The first electrician, Eric, never showed up at all. Weeks were wasted with excuses, rescheduling, and blame-shifting.

When work finally started, the job was left incomplete and unsafe. The electrical conduit was improperly installed through concrete, left unsealed, and exposed to water intrusion – a serious safety issue.

The situation escalated when Ryan came back to the property. He did not knock, did not notify us, and walked straight into our backyard and started disconnecting things. After that, he repeatedly said:

“I’m not doing business with you anymore.”
Over and over.
I asked what happened. He wouldn’t explain. He just said “I will not tell you why” , what an answer!!!

I asked if it was because I said I would get an inspection done. He said their workmanship was “good.”
So I asked: if the work is good, why are you afraid to connect it and finish?

He could not answer. He refused to answer and instead he blamed drain, bruh! It’s too far from electrical, if you placed GFCI PROPERLY, there’s no point for you be blaming be afraid of! I’m telling you, you installed this, God forbid something happened because you cut corners I will held you responsible for this.

When I said I would get a permit, he became visibly defensive. He refused to put anything in writing and said:

“I will not put my name or MAVERICKS’ name on this.”

That says everything.

If you read between the lines, this is someone cutting corners who does not want their work inspected or documented.

They happily took the project at the beginning — very friendly, promising quotes, “yes we can do that” — then later turned into delays, excuses, blame, and finally abandoning the job when accountability was mentioned.

They also refused to complete the remaining contracted work (spa connection), leaving the project unfinished and forcing us to hire another electrician to fix their mistakes.

• Unsafe electrical installation
• Entered property without notice
• Refused inspection
• Refused to document refusal in writing
• Abandoned job

The amount of time we wasted waiting for them is something we will never get back.

Stay away if you value safety, professionalism, or your time. WALKING AWAY WHEN INSPECTION IS MENTIONED IS A MASSIVE RED FLAG IN THIS INDUSTRY.

David Swarts with MEH&A, just did a (complimentary!) complete HVAC inspection in our home, with recommendations and a leave-behind checklist.

It took less than an hour, he was very thorough, and even checked to make sure that a previous possum visitor had not returned to our attic!

This company has great follow-up, and we really like knowing we can rely on them with any electric/HVAC problems.

David was our technician, arrived on time and was very professional. He performed our yearly Heating service and shared pictures of items to consider repairing at future service visits. David wasn't pushy in trying to sell other services and when he was done, he went over the results from his service/testing. My wife and I enjoyed meeting with David and look forward to seeing him again for our yearly A/C tune up.

The experience with the company was the best. I had an issue with the electrical box and Ryan Cook was able to point out the issues. Ryan was very patient and knowledgeable. I just wanted to say I really appreciate Ryan for the assistance and reliability. I highly recommend Ryan for anyone looking to get their electrical problems solved.

Christopher was nice upon arrival. Electrical panel was replaced but full power was not restored. Once it was determined we didn’t have full power Christopher was not helpful and anxious to leave.

Two days later Nick determined that two circuits were missed resulting in full power not being restored.

In addition Christopher did not provide any information regarding the new panel or final county inspection.

Nick returned two days later to connect the two circuits that the original installer failed to connect.

Nick took the time to explain the new panel and the corrections that he made.

Mike the electrical manager reviewed the installation and apologized for the original installation issues.

Both Nick and Mike provided great customer service

My technician (David) did a great job. He explained everything he was going to do and pointed out areas which were a concern. Couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you David, you are a great representative for Maverick Heating and Air.

Evan provided the service to install the fan box. He was on time, courteous, and neatly did the job. I was in the work meeting and he did not bother me to ask lot of questions. His job was done without any problems. Thank you Evan.

Marcus was the most thorough HVAC technician I have ever worked with. His ability to explain the equipment issues in plain English along with detailed photos are second to none. Highly recommend working with Maverick Electric, Heating and Air. They make scheduling a breeze and the work and service level cannot be beat.

Doing the job is out of our price range at this time so we haven’t had the job done.
The service charge was $122.00 to come and assess the problem.

The previous job mentioned before it’s not the same service I had today on 2/19/26.
Nathaniel came today to find out what was going on smoke/carbon monoxide detector. I thought maybe it was my heating and air unit letting me know I had carbon monoxide in the area ,however he found out what the problem was and took care of right away. What a pleasure it is to do business with Maverik. All of the wonderful guys Who have come to our home have been amazing, knowledgeable, respectful and care about their customers.

Nick was excellent to work with—very friendly, professional, and well articulated. He performed detailed inspections throughout the entire property and clearly explain in a way that was easy to understand.
