Had my dryer vent cleaned, excellent service, Randy called me back soon after I left a message and was able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment which I was greatly appreciative. He arrived on time, was courteous, and knowledgeable of his craft. The dryer works great now cutting drying time down 2/3s. I would recommend California Air Duct Cleaning ( Randy ) to anyone.

Randy was great. He moved his schedule around to accommodate me. He texted me updates on his way to my house. When he got here he was professional but friendly. He set up his equipment and cleaned out my ducts. He did a great job and didn’t waste time. And he charged a reasonable rate. I will be using Randy again and highly recommend his services.

This is the second time we have used California Air Duct Cleaning. Both times Randy responded very quickly to our texts and set up an appointment quickly. Randy arrived right on time and kept us updated on when he’d be here.
Randy worked efficiently and unblocked a lint backup in the vent. This had prevented the dryer from adequately drying our clothes. The dryer works very well now. And the price was very reasonable.

Randy was on time, polite, and definitely knew his stuff! I was worried that getting to our dryer vent on our second floor condo roof would be tricky but it was no big deal for Randy. Our dryer vent had likely never been cleaned and was terribly clogged with lint. After he was done I was finally able to dry a load of towels in under an hour. We'll make back what we paid for his service fee in just a few months with our lower electricity bills!

We had such a positive experience with California Air Duct. He came out to the house on-time, and quickly diagnosed our problem. We bought a brand new dryer thinking it was not drying our clothes because it was old. Unfortunately, we learned that the vent was 100% clogged. He fixed it all up and our dryer is working fantastic now. He even taught us how to maintain it ourselves going forward!! Highly recommend

Our family has lived in our home off Lonetree Blvd in Rocklin, CA for the better part of 17 years. The thought never crossed my mind that the dryer air vent needs to be cleaned every few years. We religiously kept the screen in the dryer clean but the vent from the dryer to the outside was "out of sight, out of mind"...
The first indication there was a problem was when our dryer (less than four years old) wasn't drying our laundry on the first round. Sometimes it took two or three cycles. I naturally assumed the dryer was failing like the last one. Another expense I wasn't happy thinking about.
My wife had heard about air duct cleaning and suggested we see if this would help. I reluctantly agreed all the while thinking "Great! I could use that money toward the purchase of the new Dryer but reluctantly agreed.

My dryer has been taking much longer to dry and these pictures are the reason why! Our dryer vent from the dryer into the wall was packed with lint - Randy showed us what was causing the problem, cleaned it out, replaced it with a better hose and potentially saved us from a future fire.

Bought a house in Rocklin and decided to have the dryer vent cleaned for preventative maintenance. Glad I did! Looks like the previous homeowner never had it cleaned out. Don't buy those vent cleaning kits from a home improvement store they just look like a bad idea. I can see the tool getting stuck in the vent. California Air Duct Cleaning has a much better and safer tool to do this job. This is one of those things you leave to the professional. Before and after of the roof jack is included!

I had randy come out to my house about 3-4 years ago. He cleaned everything up and gave me instructions on the upkeep. I got kind of busy and my dryer stopped drying so I called Randy back.

Our dryer suddenly stopped working a few days ago. After a service call and $200, we learned that the dryer exhaust was clogged.

They were prompt and communicated everything to us. Our upstairs unit condo's dryer exhaust went out the roof and looked as if it had never been cleaned. C.A.D.C. did a great job and helped us feel better and safer. Our dryer can now breathe, and cloths are dry in one cycle. Instead of 2-3. We can recommend them enough.

Great service from Randy at Calif Air Duct Cleaning. Randy was very responsive to my inquiry and called me back within an hour of contacting him. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later when it was most convenient for me. Randy called the day before to confirm his scheduled time, and he showed up right on time the day of the service. He was quick, friendly, and thorough, and took care that our pets did not escape. He provided a good tip to gauge when another cleaning would be necessary. All in all a very pleasant experience.

This is the only company who would investigate and fix my dryer vent. It turns out we had a mesh screen that was catching all of the lint and clogging the vent. Our previous vent cleaner failed to find the issue. I'm glad to finally have a working dryer. Thank you Randy .

Randy's been cleaning my dryer vent for years. He's always helpful, straightforward, professional and does a thorough job. He first cleaned my air ducts and dryer vent 15 years ago, and I've had him return every 4 or 5 years since for my dryer vent. Truly recommend him as best.
