We live in West Roseville, and one day the heat sensor kept tripping on my dryer, so the clothes weren’t drying. My first thought was to call an appliance repairman since my dryer is over 10 years old. We’ve never had any issues with it, but then I noticed a thin layer of lint buildup behind the dryer. So I started googling vent cleaners in my area, looking for someone local. Thank goodness I found Randy!! He actually picked up the phone, asked me a few questions, and gave a rough estimate over the phone. His information was so helpful. I am SO GLAD I CALLED HIM. I didn’t know we were living with a literal FIRE TRAP right under our noses. Randy came out that very afternoon, and quickly got our dryer vent cleaned in no time. He was super friendly, and didn't try to upsell or pressure us into anything we didn’t need. I was not prepared for how much lint he pulled from that vent!! Our home is 20ish years old, we’ve been here for 4 years, I suspect the vent has NEVER been cleaned. SCARY!! The money to have Randy clean it out was well worth it. I’m happy to report, not only is the dryer working great, but I didn’t realize it had been taking much longer to dry loads in the past. I swear my drying time has been cut in half! I had been giving money away to PGE for who knows how long! This was such an eye opening experience, I’ve since told all my friends and clients they need to have this done! You won’t regret it!

My clothes drying times were very slow in a house I recently moved into. After another company failed to fix the problem, I called Randy. He picked up right away and was able to come to my house the very next day. He showed up on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He found a clogged wire mesh screen across the end of my dryer vent and also a broken-off cleaning tool inside the vent. After removing the screen and broken tool, he gave the entire vent a good cleaning. Drying times are now 1/3 of the previous times. Thank you, Randy. Highly recommend!

Super knowledgeable guy, knows his stuff from being in the business a long time. Super friendly. Got a bunch of estimates , some crazy and some way off. This guy helped us straighten out what we actually needed and cleaned our entire system and ducts for a reasonable price.

Had to call for an urgent dryer vent clog... day before a holiday! Randy was very responsive, called me back within an hour, and came out same day due to our circumstances. Was very knowledgeable, took pictures of the before/after cleaning and got us up and running. Turns out a contractor had put mesh over the dryer roof vent, no bueno!
