I wasn't here when the repairman came, but my son-in-law was here and he was very satisfied with the work. And although I haven't tested the unit because it's not that cold, he assured me that it's all fixed and the air world be coming out really cold when I need it. Technician Drew was amazing. He was very professional and did a thorough job inspecting our system. He is very knowledgeable and was able to get our system back up and running. We were told by another company the day before that we would need to replace our whole system.

I was getting bids for a new hvac system and out of all of them, they were the most thorough. I always try to use a local for the convenience of being close by.

I was informed initially about the newer systems and the refrigerant shortage that is currently happening. They were able to recommend a system with refrigerant they had available. Dan our sales guy was very helpful in explaining everything to us

The newer heat pumps/systems are a more slim profile that you see outside of the US which runs quieter and more efficient. Similar to a split type unit. They had an Amana system unit available.

After looking at the specs and compared the other bids, they were the most competitive. The federal rebate they mentioned also sealed the deal.

Jayden and Dylan performed the install and did a great job. They also cleaned up after which is great as some of you know that cleanup is the most important part after completing the job. The next day the owner came by to fix an issue with the system since it was not communicating with the thermostat. Once that issue was resolved, everything was up and running and we have a new hvac system that runs quieter and more efficient. Now I can run my AC or heat without needing to worry about the electric bill.

They finished just in the knick of time right before the weekend heat hit.

Great job from everyone and the follow-up that I received. I would definitely recommend this company for your hvac needs.

Best HVAC service I've ever had! Called out Christensen for a second opinion and they saved me about $2K vs. the other guys. The tech diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. Parts came quick, and were installed promptly. He did a free cleaning and checked my entire system which revealed a few other issues which needed to be addressed. Know you're in good hands with Christensen! Highly recommend!

Had very good interaction with the owner Soren, they installed brand new AC as well as furnace for our home both up and downstairs. The new system is very pricey, so they are not the cheapest, however they did an excellent and professional job. Very professional, and through my interaction with the owner and their technicians, I felt that they are someone I can trust.

Christensen Heating and AC repair did an excellent job on my complete air duct replacement. They used a high quality ducting system that is much more durable that the traditional ducting. They were very professional. I appreciated how they were thoughtful to my house by using shoe covers and trying to keep noise levels down while working to accommodate my children and pets.

Professional, quality and excellent customer service! I purchased my unit from them a year ago and it's just been amazing. Wanted to do a year checkup and because it's so low maintenance everything was perfect. My technician Jake was amazing. Very knowledgeable and enjoyable to be around. My dogs loved him. 😍
