It's unfortunate that a review like Michele's 1-star rant (and she apparently wasn't even a customer) is affecting this company's overall average. It's petty to trash someone's reputation and livelihood so capriciously. Moreover, it surely doesn't reflect my own personal experience with the company's owner, Bob. He couldn't have been kinder or more courteous. Bob's repair of my A/C unit (a blown condenser during June 2017's 109-degree heatwave) was quick, honest, and fairly-priced. I'd highly recommend Diamond Heating and Air to friends and family!

Quick response when our AC quit during a heatwave. Bob is great and explained what was wrong and had the necessary part on hand. We have used them previously and Diamond continues to provide us with great service!

Our capacitor went out in July when the temp was going to be 114. I was desperate for anyone that wasn’t booked a week out and they delivered! Same day, had us up and running and not melting. Great service, friendly, and fast. Highly recommend.

Diamond Heating and Air was sent to us for our very old AC unit by our home warranty company. Elaine called and scheduled an appointment within 2 days. Eric was on time, diagnosed the problem, had the parts on his truck and fixed the problem immediately. We never thought that old model motor would be available let alone on his truck! AC works great. Best home warranty vendor we've ever worked with. We highly recommend Diamond.

I have been using Bob with Diamond Heating & Air for years! He is excellent. When I call: I am always desperate as It's a rental & I have to take care of my renter asap... Diamond Heating and Air was awesome! My air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the heat wave and they were there for me that day. They had cold air circulating in my very hot home in about an hour and not for a fortune. I recommend them highly.

I love Diamond Heating and Air. They came out over a year ago and replaced my AC compressor on one of the hottest days of the year. The owner, Bob and his wife are so professional. They provide fast service at a reasonable time frame. I called again this week as I was having problems with the temperature control pad. Bob came out and was able to identify the issue and fix it quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating and cooling needs. You will not be disappointed!!

Bob and Elaine are wonderful. Our home warranty initially dispatched a different company to fix our AC, but they would be 2 weeks out with the temp 108+ for several days. We finally convinced the home warranty company to call around and actually find somebody available. Then sweet Elaine called with the news that Bob would come the same day. Bob came sooner than expected, was very friendly, and worked quickly to not only fix the AC but improve it. He knows his stuff. We highly recommend Diamond Heating and Air.

First class! My 38 year old air conditioner was failing during a recent heatwave. I called on a Sunday and his wife answered the phone to my surprise. That’s almost unheard of these days. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. She got me scheduled for the next morning. Bob came out and got us back online. He was pleasant and very engaging with me while he completed the repair. This company is all about customer service and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to call them.

Soren and his team are great!! I called for a diagnostic test on a Thursday and by Monday he was able to fit us into his schedule. Our outside unit needed to be replaced and he had his team here 2 days after his diagnostic. The team replaced the unit very quickly and was respectful of our yard and home. Great prices, great team work, honest company! Will definitely use Christensen Heating and Cooling again.

Our tech Drew was very friendly but not overly chatty - he was efficient and professional. Even my killer dog (chihuahua) liked him. Lol! I’m glad we have Christensen as our HVAC ally!

Recent checkup: Drew was here right on time to, examined all the system components. He answered questions, told me of additional ways to use the system most efficiently (and increased my HVAC vocabulary). I especially appreciate learning more about the interface with my electric plan to reduce costs. It's so helpful that the office staff is easy to reach, keeps customers in the know about scheduled appointments, arrival times, etc. Thank you!

Can't believe I put this off for so long. Mark was fantastic, and informative. Researched recommendations prior and Christensen was highly rated.
I have the spring/fall maintenance agreement with Christensen. Mark made the required repairs to my system in the spring. This October he checked my heating and all was well with this system. A comfort to know my system is working properly.

When we woke up at 0345 on July 4th with the house at 85 degrees it wasn't a good feeling. Sometime during the night the AC compressor stopped working. From the person who answered the phone to Drew the technician, they were polite, friendly, professional, and saved the day. Couldn't be happier, found the problem and resolved very quickly. Never tried to sell me on any other services, just fixed the problem and gave me some great information for the future. Great company, great people!!

The crew showed up and replaced my ancient hvac with a heat pump. They were all done and completely cleaned up in 5 hours! They were all friendly and professional. I’ll definitely do business with them again. 100%

I cannot recommend this place enough! We'd been trying for weeks to find someone to come inspect and charge our mini split system. On the first try they answered my call, walked through the details, costs, and timelines and scheduled a technician to come out and perform the inspection portion the NEXT DAY!

Their srevice department was extremely professional, received text updates confirming appointment, name of technician, and arrival time.

Drew, the technician, was professional efficient, knowledgeable. He not only completed the inspection, but then went above and beyond getting right to work completing everything we needed to get oyr system up and running the same day as the inspection.

After he got the system powered on he spent the extra time to verify it could actually cool the space. In that time he sat and explained how these systems worked, what we needed to do maintain the system, and patiently answered all our questions.

And the final bill was hundreds less than I was anticipating. 10/10

It was so easy and a pleasure working with Christensen Heating & Cooling to install a heat pump system. They're professional, thorough, kind and worked within our budget. They are understanding with pets, too. They cleaned up well after themselves. We would highly recommend their services.
