We have used Christensen Heating and Cooling for several years. We recently had Drew as our service technician. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, even to our dog. I highly recommend this company and Drew!!

I went with Christensen Heating and Air because they provided me with an estimate for a new AC and the installation that was three thousand dollars less than my other estimate I received. Very pleased with my choice as it is a quality AC unit and they did a great job removing my old AC and installing the new one. My new AC was installed in one day and performance testing was done the same day. Very well done!

They are a small local business with a great reputation from customers that they seem to value. I think they have less overhead to pay compared to the other companies I looked at who spend alot on advertising. Very pleased with their services and recommend them if you are in the market for a new AC unit.

I cannot rate them totally for quality as I just got the new unit. Only time will tell how it holds up in the years to come but it is a better brand for the AC unit right off the start (American Standard) than what other companies were offering me. So even there I am quite happy with the quality of the brand installed and think I made a good choice as a consumer to go with them.

Soren and his team were great to work with. I had a complete new HVAC system put in. They helped with finding available rebates and took that amount off the invoice at the beginning of the job. Quality work and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Quick and Professional! I had an emergency with a mini split system and they made time to come out and get it fixed. They checked my other mini split systems too and told me how to do upkeep to extend the life of those.

They had to make a few visits to my home to help correct wiring mistakes made by the solar company installation to my house. Vendor was on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable. Dave took extra time to explain and recommend a needed water overflow switch be added to my year old system which should have been installed with the new system but wasn’t. I will use Christensen for all my heating and cooling needs.

In the midst of triple digit heat the A/C went out on my rental. I had a few companies come out and give bids to replace the A/C. It was clear Christensen Heating & Cooling were prepared to give me a good deal compared to others who were obviously trying to take advantage of the fact I needed a replacement asap. The office staff was very helpful, the new A/C was installed quickly and works great. They really helped me out a lot. When the heat pump goes I will fore sure call them to replace it.

I was very pleased and the gentlemen that came out, I do not remember his name, he was very deligent.

Highly recommend. The tech, Drew, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about everything to do with the system. He diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes and repaired it within an hour. He went above and beyond and even made some minor repairs to some shoddy work the last HVAC repair company left behind. The repair may have been minor, but it will be a huge saving on our electric and gas bill. Thank you Drew and all the team at Christensen Heating & Cooling.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the quality of the installation, the equipment (Bosch heat pump) and the professionalism of the team who came to the house. Christensen scheduled all of the work, added the required 240V electrical circuit (at a very reasonable price), the duct pressure test after install and the city inspection. We have worked with Christensen in the past to install a heat pump water heater, and a heat pump mini-split for our garage, We plan to continue to use them for anual system inspection and maintenance.
